This clinic has overlooked a few things in the 10 years my children have been their patient. Being medicaid its hard to switch to someone else. I have taken documentation with me for certain illnesses and yet, its always some excuse. Migraines .... you must see a specialist. Weve done that and havent found the source, but Id still like for my child to be treated with the one med that works! They refuse. A common cough? Again, specialist. Yet they have the same RX pad as any other doc, but refuse to write it or renew it. A trip to SA would be in order even though the specialist said it wouldnt be necessary, just have the primary write it while we are still searching. The staff is another pain. They are rude, cold and very standoffish.

I bring my son to see Dr. Bernardy and she has been wonderful. She is very warm and radiates a positive bedside manner. Unfortunately, I do not feel the same way about the office staff. They are unorganized and often rude. The other day, it took me nearly AN HOUR just to schedule a routine appointment for my son. After being put on hold and hung up on numerous times, I received a very callous, insincere apology from a staff member. I do not appreciate this treatment and wish that the staff was more organized.

Office staff can be rude.... most of the time has been our experience. Even over the phone at times. No eye contact upon arrival hardly ever, poor if any greeting, the energy/Vibes put off just stink. They REALLY need people in there that actually enjoy working w/ the public & have customer service experience. *Switching to a Holostic Practioner, certified nutritional therapist & chiro for all our needs. ***APPLIES TO COMMON ST. Highly recommend Dr Kristen Roeder at NB Pediatrics new office in Hunters Creek area. She saw my son after a soccer injury and gave him/us the best patient care weve EVER experienced. Now my step daughter will definitely be seeing her.
