Worst experience ever!!! Dr.Alvin Lo was very mean and rude because I went for a second check up since the first check up was wrong and I couldnt see anything with my eye Contacts. Dr Alvin looked like he was in a rush and treated me like I was a kid he didnt want to answer my questions at all and he would rather roll his eyes and talk none sense Not to mention his attitude. I rather pay a little more and get the right treatment with a professional that really knows how to treat people with needs.

Ive been very happy with the eye care Ive received from Dr. Alvin for several years. He detected something in my tests, and he referred me to a specialist, where I learned that I do indeed have a minor issue with my eyes. I was 10 minutes late to a recent appointment due to nasty traffic and rain, and I was accommodated with no problem. Very good care from Dr. Alvin Lo, and excellent support staff.

I just switched to Dr. Alvin and had my first visit today! He has a a really nice office and friendly staff. Dr. Alvin is very nice and easy to talk to! Everything seems pretty high tech. They also have a texting system where theyll text you when your contacts or glasses are ready! Thats super cool!
