I have to share with everyone the great experience I had on my visit. I have not been to see the eye doctor in 3 years. I made an appointment for Friday the 6th of February for 5:00. Turns out that I was able to get out of work early and walked in the door at 3:00. I was greeted by a Young Lady named Juana Salas with a warm welcoming smile and I explained that I had an appointment for 5 but was wondering if they could see me early. She had me fill out my paperwork and told me that she would see what she could do. 20 minutes later, I was on my way to the exam room, where I had the pleasure of meeting Viridiana Ramirez. These two ladies were both so curiteous and professional. Ms. Ramirez took the time to explain everything that was being done to me step by step. I felt completely comfortable and I could tell that she was very Professional and that knew what she was doing. What a pleasure it was to be seen at this place. Such professionalism and curtious people. Dr. Fragoso was Also Great. She took the time to explain my results and explained what she was seeing and what my options were. Everyone took the time to explain every process that was being done and they took the time to explain exactly what my insurance covered, so that I woulndt be hit with any surprises. I have been in Customer service, Inside / Outside sales for over 25 years and I tell you, this staff was by far the best that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that is looking for a new doctor. You wont be dissapointed. My Thanks to the doctors and the staff, for making my experience, such a pleasureable one. Less than a week later I have my new prescription and I feel great. Thanks again Everone.

My family has been going to this office before Dr. Hernandez went into politics. Four of my family members have received services for over 30 years and today has been the last service. If it would be possible to give zero stars, I would. The customer service is terrible and we called to complain. Were are not seeking a refund, but a guarantee that the customer service was going to get better to be able to return. First, the manager was horrible and laughing at our call. Today the office manager, the daughter of Dr. Hernandez, has treated my mother with disrespect and Dr. Hernandez stepped in and pretty much told us that he is dismissing services from us. He kept repeating to return the classes and for us to receive a refund. I did step in to say that the call was about the poor service and he kept repeating that he could return our money. I told him the issue was not the money, he asked what we wanted and I repeatedly requested better service. He kept saying what else, what else and what else. I couldnt speak to him anymore because he kept putting a wall. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO RECEIVE SERVICES FROM THIS OFFICE.

You know my eye insurance provides pretty good coverage and accepted just about everywhere and I think Ive gone everywhere and I was never really satisfied until finding DR HERNANDEZs eye clinic. The facility is nice, there is ample parking, the staff I give two thumbs up, and the Doctors Ive seen there have taken the time to test, evaluate, and fully discuss findings and care option. The great thing was thing is that at the end of my visit I have felt fully satisfied as a patient and Customer!! Even greater is that during my wait at the clinic I have observed that patrons with or without insurance are treated with the same care .

If you are looking for a place to go for an eye check up... this is the place to go to. They have very friendly staff. They take you in promptly to your appt. time and treat you very friendly. They never look like theyre having a "bad day" unlike some other places.The staff help you look for your glasses, whether youre on a budget or not, and to your liking. They also help you understand anything that you are concerned about. All in all, a very great place to go to for your optometry check up. Definitely recommend you going here.

Ive been coming to this office for over 15 years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. All three doctors are amazing - personable, knowledgeable and they take the time to explain what they are doing and the reason behind it. I just had LASIK eye surgery and I have all my pre and post-opp follow ups there. Dr. Alma is the one I see most often. She has walked me through all the steps and continues to see me for post-op care. I cant say enough about Dr. Hernandez Optometry!

I love Dr. Hernandez and the staff. My mother and I have been patients for the last four years and have always been treated well. I ordered a pair of prescription glasses and when I got them back I decided Id like to make them into sunglasses instead. The staff was incredibly attentive and easy to work with. Within a week I had a new pair of the most fabulous sun glasses Ive ever owned. Im a customer for life.

THIS PLACE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. ESPECIALL DR. FRAGOSO-CORONA IS SO AMAZING AND THE WAY SHE WORKS WITH THE KIDS IS VERY AWESOME. SHE MADE MY LITTLE SISTER FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE AND SHE KNEW HOW TO MAKE HER FEEL SPECIAL. I THANK HER AND THE STAFF BECAUSE I DONT THINK ILL EVER BE LEAVING THAT PLACE.

I was a first time visitor. Compared to other optometrist offices Ive been to, I thought they had a wider variety of frames at affordable prices while still having a great selection of the couture brands. Dr. Alma was very personable and so was the office staff. Great experience.
