Everytime I attend their facility the service is always horrible and the woman behind the desk that work there always have an attitude and poor customer service.They act like were doing them a favor by coming to the doctor and keeping them blessed with a job.The last visit there I was told I had a balance due and I asked what for and they told me they couldnt help me and that I would receive a letter in the mail.So I then asked for the companys billing number and they didnt give it too me.I then asked the lady to check in the system to make sure my insurance for h.a.p was current and up to date and she made up an excuse as to her not being able to check until I yelled at her and then she found it and was able to see that it was still active. I only go to them to get my depo shot and everytime I go there is always a problem and it is just poor service. not once have I ever had good service from them.I received a letter from collections for past due bill and I called and got all the information needed and called my insurance company and come to find out the lady never billed the insurance company.Im not surprised because their all lazy and dont want to work and/or do their job properly.That was the last straw and my last time going to them.I warn anyone who is thinking about being treated there.DONT LOOK FOR SOME PLACE BETTER THEIR SERVICE IS THE WORST.

This has to be the absolute worst clinic I have ever been to. All of the receptionist are extremely rude (which other reviews state on here) and the Office Manager Sandra Greenspan is no better. I had an incident 12/10/14 with a receptionist who called me a liar right to my face because I was following up with what the other receptionist had told me the past week. (which was to walk in after 5 to see a doctor). She handed me a piece of paper and pen and told me to write down her bosses name (Sandra Greenspan). I actually got a chance to talk to her on the phone about a complaint I had and she did not want to hear it. She was putting her employees word against someone who has nothing to gain by filing a complaint. She did not believe a word I was saying therefore this place is not going to get any better. She does look at these reviews, but believes that people are just making all of this stuff up. If you can, STAY AWAY from this place. Nobody deserves to be treated like the way they treat people.

This has got to be one of the worst places Ive ever dealt with. The physicians are pretty good but the receptionists and the office manager are horrible. The front desk girls always seem annoyed when you ask questions and are seldom helpful or prompt. The office manager is downright rude, judgmental and treats her employees like children. I was on the phone one time and I could literally hear this woman yelling at one of the receptionists. It was highly unprofessional and instantly turned me off. Perhaps the front desk girls are rude and annoyed because they are constantly being berated by their manager. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would however highly recommend Dr. Greenspan who is the owner of the clinic (the office Mgr is his wife which makes no sense because he is so kind). He is amazing!! I would find him at a different one of his offices however!

I called on Thursday to make an appointment. While on the phone, the receptionist had no idea what an annual check-up was, she said she would make a general appointment for Tuesday. I arrived on Tuesday and checked in to see Dr. Asher. I was told by the receptionist that I was not in the system and that I did not have an appointment. Her demeaning, rude, unapologetic tone almost made me sick. She told me she could make an appointment for me but it would not be for the same day. I said "No, thank you" and took my form back. She looked down and continued her paperwork as I walked out. What a mismanaged, horrible place. Ten minutes later, I made an appointment with another physician, with a receptionist that was fully informed and so polite. Sad that people have to suffer through dealing with such incompetence.

My fiancee went in for a ear ache in his right ear on Saturday seen by Dr Jason Smith. Dr did a flush & extraction on both ears. My fiancee walks out with both ears hurting & telling the Dr as much & told hell be ok in about an hour. Few hours later hes worse so I take him to the er. To which the ear he went in for is so inflamed they cant tell anything & ruptured ear drum on the left. Along with the ear drops prescribed would make his condition worse. Go in today to talk to the office manager after waiting for call I never got, apparently interviews are more important than a patient, to which Im told she owes no apology, is rude, argumentative & interrupting me. That the Dr did nothing wrong since its not documented. Stay away from this place. They dont care about their patients & are very unprofessional.

Dont love it or hate it I just think the people inside need to work a little bit more and talk a little bit less my second time being there and there was over 10 people outside and when I walked in they called in my name the nurses inside they would be standing around talking well theres so many people waiting outside for at least an hour so if it ever happens again and I get to go there again I hope not and I see the same thing I will check and see if theres a corporate for this place or an owner and let them know whats going on because that is horrible to let people just wait outside for long time

Very rude receptionists, they act like your bothering them when you call. I made an appointment with one of them and then was called n told by another receptionist that I didnt have an appointment at all! They need to coordinate better n hire receptionists that actually care about patients. They arent helping me with my health problem, it seems like they just want money from my insurance with all these appointments and no tests done yet! Im looking for a new healthcare provider before it gets worse! The Wixom Health Clinic is not professional at all!

Extremely rude...not very helpful...turned away my children even though we were willing to pay for office visit because our insurance wasnt covered there. Told us we had to go to an ER or Urgent Care. Treated us like we were stupid or couldnt afford the office visit. If you want good service do not go to this place in my three experiences there I would not recommend anyone to go there which is unfortunate because it is local and convenient but I will drive a further distance to receive good customer service and treatment for my family.

Came in on a Friday was treated rudely by front desk staff. $170 later sent home with 2 prescriptions. Threw up antibiotic (zpak) called the next day to explain what happened and was talked to like I was bothering them. Called back Monday...told (rudely) to come in...they wanted to charge another office visit to write another script that I never got a chance to take. Rude bitches at the desk. Hopefully they go out of business soon. All about the money. Stay away from this place. They obvioisly could care less about their patients.
