Dont recommend this place. Never had such an awful experience with a dental office. First of all, they made me wait and hour in the waiting area when I had a appointment. Second, theyre never clear about the charges for the visit. The first time I went, they told me that my insurance didnt covered the visit which I later confirmed with my insurance that it did; I later got a letter on the mail from my insurance saying that they filed a claim for x rays that the insurance wouldnt cover but that sage agreed not to charge me due to the misunderstanding on their part, so I had a credit on my account from what I previously payed the first time. About a month later they sent me a letter saying that I owed them for the X-rays. Theyre staff are never explicit about what theyre going to charge for te visit and their communication with the insurance company is horrible. Never going back to this dental office.

For the love of everything holy, if you are in the Orlando area, DO NOT go to Sag Dental. Billing problem after billing problem with them. Just left this place today and after the normal response of "its not our fault" and "this is my first time hearing about it", (I was in the room while Estella from University called this office, and yet no one here magically remembers!) I call my insurance company in front of the manager and prove to them that yes, it is in fact their fault. They submitted a claim incorrectly. Again. What a complete waste of my time.

What an experience. The front desk receptionists, Carrie & Rosie, are exceptionally warm and friendly. I had a root canal performed and the entire staff was exceptional. On the Endodontist side, Dr. Carla Webb and her assistant were absolutely flawless. It was a comfortable experience for a root canal. Moving over to the crown portion of the operation, Dr. Harry Goldschien and his assistant, Patricia were awesome. Thanks for treating me well. I am glad to call you guys my dentist.

While the dentist was very nice and the technical even more so, I will never go back to them again. The receptionist was awful. I took my children ages 14 and 8 for exams. When I asked the receptionist if they used nitrous, she looked at me in disgust and said "Well this isnt a kids dentist...so no." Then she proceeded to lecture me as if she were my mother. It was rude and unprofessional.

Wow! I have been looking for a good dentist and office for 15 years. Well I found it. The staff is over the top in cutomer service and down right friendly. My dentist is the best for me and my wife. I have been in the office several times now and this is the best overall experience I have ever had and Im no spring chicken. Thank you Sage Dental dont change anything. Pastor Bill

My dental plan included a cleaning with x-ray. Hygienist refuse to do x-ray even when I asked multiple times. They are a scam company who tries to sell you a $20 shot of ACT mouthwash after every cleaning. Stay away!

I love my hygienist. She is very skillful, friendly, knowledgeable and knows how to clean my teeth and get the work done properly. I will definitely recommend my co-workers to go to Sage Dental at Waterford Lakes.
