The worst dentist I have ever come across in my lifetime. He told me that because the insurance doesnt pay him enough he needs to charge customers for unnecessary procedures. I was in for a cleaning and polishing today. They polished my teeth first (never had that done before, usually the last thing that is done). He wanted to charge me $95 for something I did not need and I said no. It took him a total of 2 minutes to clean my teeth. When I questioned him he said that is all the insurance company pays him for. Do not go there unless you want to subsidize his pocket and he can double dip. I would give him zero stars but that is not possible

The best dentist!!! Dr. Phung does excellent quality work! Great prices too!!! ( I know.. I have looked around!) And the office is always clean!!! I was very surprised to see a bad rating here... but I know how people can be! Excellent Dentist!!! I was talking to another patient in the reception area and she told me she travels from out of state just to have him work on her! I have had bad dentists.. ones that dont explain what they are doing.. and make you feel stupid for it... this Dentist is the total opposite ! If I could give him and his assistants 10 stars... I would!
