Suite 205 I made an appointment for my 2 year old daughter 2 weeks ago which was scheduled today 9/15. When I called to confirm since I never got a confirmation call I was told her appointment was Monday (today is Thursday) - no, it wasnt. All of the appointments in our house are noted but they were able to fit us in today at the same time, right. I was referred this office from my daughters medical insurance company and was told they see children from ages 0-7. I get there and there are no toys but magazines and TV (which is convenient for the adults) which made me question how often kids come to this office. We get put in a room and the dental assistant (appeared Filipino) was kind and very sweet although seemed very new as if this was her first day. The doctor comes in and I explain this is my daughters first time seeing a dentist and she is nervous, nervous to the point she doesnt want to open her mouth. She doesnt even look at the dentist and Im trying to reassure her she is okay he needs to look at her teeth. He says "You look pretty like a barbie doll now open" and she doesnt so he says "You know what? I have other patients I dont have time for this" and walks out. I thought he was joking. He went to his other patient and never returned. I had to ask if they were serious and if thats how they conduct their business. How rude and disrespectful and hes lucky my daughters father was not present. The 3/4 front desk/dental assistants came out to check on the crying baby and the livid mother and apologized. They referred us to a more "child friendly" dentistry and were genuinely sweet. "DDS Ayman Ghobashy" is unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I wouldnt pay him to work with my child nor work on her teeth. I do not recommend him to anyone. Hes not personable at all and was insanely disrespectful.

The clinic itself looks nice but front desk helper is not very perfessional at all.Very hard to reach them and set appointment. I left a voicemail and one week went by with no call back. The doctor were great! Everything from the time waiting to when finish was 1 hr.
