My initial consultation was better than expected! After receiving dental care at military facilities for the last 14 years Dr. Reading’s office was a breath of fresh air. I was greeted by their wonderful new patient concierge Christina by name which immediately put a smile on my face. I was then provided a tour of the facility during which all the staff took the time to say hi even though they were working on patients. After the tour I received all the new patient procedures; 360 degree x-rays, dental history and hygiene assessment, during which everything was thoroughly explained and all the staff was polite and courteous. Before leaving we discussed upcoming procedures and set my next appointment. I couldn’t have asked for a better dental experience!

Love this office!! From the moment you walk in to the time you get called to the back. You are greeted with smiles. Its so personal in the office because they are so friendly and they really get to know you. Every time I have gone in for work its always been so calming for me. Dr Reading is so calm,cool and very informal about treatment. The staff is so patient with me and let me tell you I have alot of questions,but they have never made me feel like Im buggin. I cant say enough great things about this office! I look forward to each visit which who can really say that about a dentist visit? That says alot about them. So to the staff at Dr. Readings office: THANK YOU! THANK YOU! For all your EXCELLENT Service!!!! Hands down your the Best in TOWN!

I was always a bit nervous when I heard the word "dentist", but after finding out that my parents go to Dr. Reading, I told myself I might as well go too. And my hunches were right--The office interior makes you feel right at home, and the staff are always there to welcome you and provide free smiles! I will admit, that other places I have been to in the past did not meet my expectations, but Dr. Reading is truly a saint. I believe that knowledge is the most important thing I can expect from a dentist, and everyone here has made me a believer. I dont get nervous anymore when I go to a dentist, and I thank Dr. Reading and his staff for providing me with the best dental services ever.

I was in terrible pain from a tooth that broke late the night before. When I went to the office I let them know how bad it was and was worked in for an appointment. They helped me out by finding an affordable option to solve my issue and gave me an option to preserve the tooth next to the broken one to ensure that all discomfort was gone. The whole staff was friendly and they new everyone else in the lobby who was there for an appointment. I think I have finally found the perfect option for me.

They didnt inform me that they were out of our network. The prices were stupid high. Plus they told us that there was only ONE cavity, got a second opinion and found out that there was TEN. They wanted to charge us $800 (that was OUR price) bucks to fix molars. Our second opinion was a fraction of that. Very disappointed that they are more interested in gauging customers then informing them.

I am now retired now for ten years. A dental ceramist. Dr Reading has the finest hands Ive seen other than my own. His crown and bridge was the best I worked on. Any person needing dental care will need to look no further. You have found the best there is.
