The very first dentist experience I can remember was jumping out of the dentist chair and running straight into my moms arms because I was so scared. They had to hold me down the rest of the appointment. I would have never thought after that first traumatizing experience that I would be such a fan of a DENTIST! But here, from the moment you walk in and are greeted by Tanya or Mariann with a warm smile, the experience is always a pleasant one. They are a step above the rest because unlike so many other businesses the great hospitality does not just stop there. My hygienist, Jonae always gets me promptly for my appointment and greets me by name which makes me feel valued and welcomed. She is always so concerned if I am comfortable and always takes the time to explain what she is doing to keep me in the loop. When Dr. Pam comes in to check-in she always gives me great innovative, and cost effective tips on how to keep my gums in great condition and my teeth healthy and sparkling white. It is clear that the employees here all care about the general well-being of the patients and are passionate about what they do. I highly recommend this Dental Office.

Wow! Every staff member was 100% professional, courteous, and friendly. Tour of the office was a wonderful touch I didn’t expect to appreciate-but did. Great technology allowed staff to show you what’s going on with your teeth, not just tell you. Everyone on the team introduced themselves, and shared their background in dentistry and with Dr. Pam’s practice. Hygienist explained everything she was going to do, with several check-ins to make sure I was OK. And Dr. Pam - truly a wonderful dentist! She told me things about my mouth, teeth, jaw, oral cancer, bite, and bone density that I have never been told before. For my first visit-look, Mom! No cavities! To address long-standing issues that cause me distress, she’s going to confer with a specialist from the bay area to see which avenue of treatment may be most beneficial in the long run, and cost effective. There’s another first for me. Sound a little too good to be true? I didn’t receive a coffee card, points, or any perks for this review. Just really happy I found a great dentist and dental professionals for me and my family. It’s a relief.

I really appreciate Dr. Stella giving me a chance to postpone work on two of my teeth until next time Im back from China. Also, the dentist who replaced my two fillings after cleaning out the decay (I did not catch her name-- the one of Persian origin), did a fantastic job along with her helper on my teeth. The work she did was quick, painless and thorough. I am very happy with the result. She explained very clearly to me what I needed to be aware of in order to minimize the potential for problems with the two teeth that I postponed work on. Both her and the dental assistant (forgot her name too) were very professional and friendly. In fact, I am always amazed by the friendly nature maintained at DiTomasso Dental every time I come in. The office is just a wonderful example of how to run such a service.

I have been going to Di Tomasso Dental for over 20 years. The most friendly and skilled dental office in Sacramento. I recommend them to co-workers and family all the time. DiTomasso Dental has most advanced technology and is always up on the latest procedures, like their in house crown maker! If you deal with anxiety over going to the dentist, this place will have you relaxed in no time. The procedures here are pain free and they will not let you have a painfull experience. This office is awesome. Its hard to say all this without a big smile on my face. I was impressed. I was told exactly what was going to be done and why. They listened and I mean listened to all my concerns. I like details and they patiently explained everything. At the end when money was explained again they informed me about my plan with Delta dental. Even with that they were honest and said they cant always estimate exactly but would help me get the answers they may not know with my benefits. I only wrote this after I had many visits and I think theyre great still. It was all true from the beginning. They may cost more but it is worth it.

At 60 yrs of age I have seen several dentist in my life and Di Tomasso Dental practice is the best I have experienced! The entire office staff is very friendly, professional, and this practice is totally up to date in the latest dental technologies! I recently moved to Sacramento and I am so happy I was referred to DiTomasso for my dentist! I couldnt be happier! I have several dental issues and often have long appointments. My care is pain free, with very little discomfort! I highly recommend Di Tomasso dental practice!

I had to have porcelain crowns for my upper front teeth and because of that needed a new mouth guard. Dr. Pam DiTomasso and staff were professional, informative, and most of all good human beings. Dr. Pam and staff are interested in all aspects of the process. My tooth guard needed to be adjusted to properly fit my mouth and the staff worked directly with me to get me an appointment right away. Thank you to the entire staff and the resolution of all the issues that arose and for being such great people to work with.

I have been going here since birth and love this dental practice! My entire family goes here and we are always so pleased with the service. Everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Dr Pam and Dr Stella are without a doubt the best at what they do. I always receive thorough and excellent treatment. My husband Bill and I have been patients of Dr. Pams for more than 20 years. We love Dr. Pam and Dr. Stella! (Sorry - Ive never met the third partner - Im sure shes wonderful too!) We started when I worked downtown and could get there easily. After trying other dentists "up the hill" I think it says everything that we choose to drive almost 60 miles round trip to keep coming. And not just for ourselves - we do separate trips for each of our kids. We love you guys!

As is most typical of a trip to the Dentist. I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. I had a an unplanned problem with my mouth guard to discuss and two fillings. I walked out one hour later with everything handled and a sense of confidence and security with my dental health. The team at Dr. DiTomasso is always striving to give their clients the latest and greatest services. I highly recommend them for all of your dental needs.

Went to get scene and couldnt because they only accept delta dental they dont except medical even though their website stated that they accept most insurance companies. But how can u except most insurance companies if you only accept delta dental that doesnt make sense. I will never go here I even considered getting delta dental then looked it up and its extremely expensive. Not worth it I will stick with my insurance.
