My experience started out good at this location, but it quickly went downhill. Mandy, the manager was extremely nice and helpful (along with the doctors), but the rest of the staff left a lot to be desired professionally. I was told to spring for the "HD" lenses - they arrived and my vision was instantly poor since the lenses had their focal point for my prescription at the top range of the glasses. So they remade them. Almost 3 weeks later they finally came in. I tried them for 5 days and kept experiencing headaches and poor distance vision. Upon going back and reporting my dismay, I inquired about NOT using the "HD" lenses and going back to the 1.67 High-Index Ive been using for decades in eyeglasses. They didnt seem to like this - probably because those lenses are cheaper. They implied theyd be willing to make the 1.67 lenses for me, but then that would be it. There was a bit of attitude attached so I politely asked for a refund and she gave me one - thankfully. Vision is very important to me (as Im a graphic designer and use my eyes for a living) - so I will not be going to LensCrafters again after this poor experience. To the docs credit, my contact prescription is perfect. Buyer beware - dont do the HD lenses - theyre awful and pure marketing hype.

Great experiences here. Only 1 issue, which was quite quickly resolved. I gotta say that the guy Charlie who works here is well worth working with. EXCELLENT sense of humor and very positive. Spent hours with me (pathetic I took that long) but he stuck with me 2 hours after he was off, smiling and joking the whole time. Superb customer service, deal with Chris, hes hilarious.

I have been going to this LensCrafters location for several years. I really like Dr Tomes. They have the most up-to-date technology for determining your prescription. The staff is friendly and professional. I am not thrilled with the limited selection of reasonably priced frames.

I had a great exam and appreciated Dr. Chaing s knowledge, courtesy and professionalism. The entire staff works well together. I recommend Dr Chiang to anyone looking for an eye doctor. Lenscrafters is always a good experience for me!

Cranky and unwilling to work with you... Over priced glasses and contacts, but when u want to take your prescription somewhere else they give you an attitude. Costco and Walmart are cheaper.
