I agree with the 3 "Poor" Reviews. Please DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! My daughter was referred by the high school. All she needed was a tooth extraction, a BACK molar -next to her wisdom. It was nothing big. A couple good shots of novicain, and pull the darn thing out. IF her wisdom grew in, then it woud fill the spot up. Big deal...right? I called and asked for a price. They quoted me $130.00, plus $30.00 for visit. Sounded fair enough. I was paying cash. So, I booked the appt, at 1:30, dashed to high school, pulled her out of class, and rushed over. WE SAT FOR 2 1/2 HOURS in waiting room. My daughter ROCKED in pain. HOSPITALS dont let people sit in pain. "CODE of ETHICS." When we got in, the Dentist came in. I dont remember his name, but he was some ethnic from Asia (Indian, Paki...I really dont know). He looked at her, and FROM MY experience with tooth problems, AND I KNOW MY CHILDREN...I told him to pull it. Then, after the x-rays, I wanted his professional advice about braces, what to do with her hanging fanged tooth, etc. Making long story short, apparantly while ONLY her TOP teeth would need just fixing, he was taking to me about implants, and both braces - adding over $10,000. I was like, "Hold up." Lets just pull the tooth. It was MADE APPARANT, that I still wanted to DISCUSS issues AFTER I got to see the x-rays. (Well, I paid for them - the 30.00 at least...right?). So he left, x-rays taken. Then HE SENDS IN AN ASSITANT with a $300.00 bill to pull her back molar. I was like, "WHAT?" After a few rounds, and the nurse came back, she was like...that is all we can do for her. Pay it, or we cant pull it. I responded. Well, I cant. I came with this amount of cash. You can take it. She just stood there. So then I said, "Well this child is in pain. We all agreed she has at LEAST an infection. Give her a perscription to rid her of the infection and I will re-book to come back." The nurse left the room to go get the Dentist for the prescription. 5 Minutes later, this was HIS RESPONSE!......... Take her home and give her asprin. Then they took my $30.00 without me seeing her x-rays. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! You have been warned. HOW sick of professionals to send home a child, in severe pain..and not help her. They even made her skip school, and let her sit for 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room. Later that night, I took her to St. Cloud ER. When they heard of her infection, and how bad it went....the Doctors there were SCHOCKED! They were actually disgusted about the whole thing too. They gave her medicine to rid the absece, and directed us to a great dentist downtown Orlando. He took care of her immediately, was kind and good. Greenberg Dental is nothing but crap.

Horrible! Just look elsewhere! I was a walk-in as I had not read the reviews but was in excruciating pain so that was my only concern at the time was to be seen. While waiting, I notice none of the front desk ladies made eye contact with Me. Everyone including the full waiting room was speaking spanish to each other.When I was called up, the lady called me "Mami" which I didnt appreciate. When I WAS seen, I was given an x ray and the Dr came in,asked me a few questions and still could not figure out what was wrong. So she gives me a referral to a dentist in Kissimmee at Orofacial..a very professional establishment and staff I should add..He ran a variety of tests, did another x ray and tells me I have an abcess tooth and asked WHY the other Dr at Greenberg didnt see that in the x ray. "Sorry you had to come out here, it should of been obvious to the Dr. In the x ray."So he recommends I get a root canal. An unnecessary $40 Co pay later, I then call Greenberg to make an appointment for a root canal and I showed up today for my appointment and they have NO IDEA thats what it was for, the person that booked it said it was just a regular appointment!! I was in so much pain but was frozen with anger, I grabbed my purse and just left. I cannot believe the inexperience in the Dr not seeing the abcess on my x ray and the ghetto staff made me feel like I was in Puerto Rico. Stay clear!!

My mother and I made an appointment for the Kissimmee office... Walked out after spending less than 5 minutes in there because it was crowded, overbooked, and no one spoke English as their first language. These 3 things were very disturbing to us, so we left and made an appointment for the Saint Cloud office, thinking theyd better serve us... Wrong!!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF!!!! The receptionist drove up blasting her music in her car. They do not open until 10 (which was when we were scheduled) and they did not open the door till 5 after 10. They ignored us when we first approached the desk to sign in... They all appeared lazy, sitting in the back office, drinking coffee, eating donuts and speaking Spanish amongst one another. The man wearing scrubs, with the prefix "Dr." appeared to be new... Maybe first day on the job, as he was following the receptionist around????!!!! Another thing... There is not even a sign on the door displaying hours of operation, doctors names, phone numbers... NOTHING!!!! Very unprofessional place of business, unprofessional staff... Will never go back. We walked right out. I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A dentist is a man (or woman, Im all for equality) who takes great delight in hurting you. He does this with his vast collection of Sharp Shiny & Scary tools. Once hes managed to make you either cry or pass out from pain - he charges you for it. Quite a nice little scam really....Guy: "OH DEAR GOD THE PAIN"!!! Dentist: "Thatll be $500". Accept the reality; Greenberg offers all kinds of dental services but seems to only hire unprofessional ghetto employees. The out of shape desk staffs are very unorganize and have extremely poor communication with their customers as well their own coworkers. The nurses look like they have no idea what theyre doing I was hoping chair to chair, almost felt like I was playing musical chairs. I didnt like the fact they tried to pressure me to buy braces when I know I didnt need it. One thing they all have in common is they love to complain about their jobs and how they have to do all the work. (I dont wanna hear that crap just do your job and do it right) I guess their bad service encourage you to brush your teeth so you dont have to come here, who knows. I recommend to stay away the creepy corner of St.Cloud.

RUN as fast as you can.... GREENBERG has some of the rudest employees that you will ever meet . sad thing is that most insurance companies offer Greenberg as the main provider. I would not take my dogs to these people. It took me 6 years to get a 500.00 refund from a tooth that missing , and they said they fixed. In my opinion they operate their office as an assembly line. Run, remember they say affordable dental work,sometimes you would be better off to find a private practice ( for whom wants cheap dental work) Your teeth are so Important. Important enough not to go to Greenberg. Remember this is just my opinion. I hope to GOD noone has to go through the B.S. that our father went through myself and my wife. Remember they do not keep accurate files and after the $500.00 incident saying they did a root canal on a tooth that had been missing in my mouth for 13 years they were such liars, Thank goodness I had kept my dental films from prior dentist.
