If I could give this place no stars, honestly I would. The staff is VERY unprofessional and have bad attitudes (Especially Britney). Dr. Gill practically convinced us for our dog to have surgery and she died a week later. I took her to the vet 3 days in a row, her staff gave me 3 different prices after complications post surgery. She honestly couldnt even read my dogs x-rays properly. Two days before my dog died, I brought her to the vet because my dog was panting and breathing rapidly - they drugged her up and said it was due to pain and it should stop within an hour. The breathing eventually never stopped so I opted for MedVet, to only find out my dog probably had kidney or liver failure DUE to the surgery, or her cancer had spread for not taking all of it out so I honestly believed she knew she would die, she wanted the money. To have the audacity of requiring us to pay for a surgery that killed my dog is ridiculous and I will NEVER advise anyone to EVER go here, trust me.

I took my Choc. Lab several years ago to Dr. Gill, Samantha had bone cancer, Dr.Gill walked me through the stages , she explained all the options, Samanthas cancer was in her leg, and I did not feel she would make it with 3 legs. Dr Gill explained everything and I decided chemo and radiation . It helped prolong her life for a while, when it came time for Samantha to go, my family was there with her and Dr. Gill helped make a her transition as easy for us and Samantha. I have her brother and he was sick and Dr. Gill was not sure what was going on, but she did blood work and she informed me levels were high but not excessive. She knows my dog, and treats him like a rock star. I am glad to have her near,. I would recommend her highly.

This place is seriously awesome. Great affordable price for when my dog got hurt and had to go under some surgery. Easy to schedule appointments and even reschedule them. Staff is so nice and caring for the animals too. Edit: The only issue I have with the facility is the price range. Its not high (at least I dont think so), but it would be nice if there was a form to let pet owners know the costs. I pay for my dog by myself and I would like to know how much I need to have ready each time I visit with my pooch.

I took my cat of 15 years old here in 2013 she wasnt eating so we were very worried. Dr. Gill was wonderful she explained each step of the procedure and what was going on and she didnt move forward with anything without consulting us. Unfortunately our cat died a week later so that was the only time we got to work with her. However I will never forget that wonderful experience and that is why with my new cat and kitten I know she will continue to be our Veterinarian.

I took my dog last year cus she was sick ..gave me medicine week later my dog died after 13yrs.dec 26 2014..then my neighbor took his dog last week there .had him check out .bloodwork,xrays .his dog died this mourning..samething happen to his cousins dog few months ago..this place tells u what u wanna hear sells u meds just to make money then its to late..ur pet dies..this place needs to be investigated

After reading so many bad reviews I was extremely hesitant but decided to think for my ferret and not myself and Im so glad I did. Rachel at the front desk was perfect and so professional. Dr. Paula completely exceeded my expectations. (THANK YOU BOTH!) My ferret (Yang) is doing so much better, Id recommend this hospital 1000 times!!

I love this vet, today I had to take my guinea pig in last minute and the staff was super friendly and super patient with us and they didnt do anything before consulting us and they even gave us many good options on what to do. My guinr pig had to stay over night and Im certain they will take care of him well

Terrible I brought my dog in there sick and the doctor charged me for meds knowing she was dying she died the next day she died offer to give me my money back I will never come back and going to tell every dog owner in the neighborhood not to take there dog there

I have been going to Bronzeville animal clinic since I got my dog as a pup nearly 4 years ago and I have had excellent service every time. Dr. Gill has a way with animals, theres never trouble when my dog is getting shots or any treatments.

I did not have a vet in Chicago and needed to get my cat in pretty quickly, they got me an hour later which was great. Everyone there was extremely friendly and took great care of us, definitely found my new vet here!

I took my hamster here & they gave her medicine. the next day she was dead. they said they knew she was gonna die but didnt tell me. so they just wanted to get the money. this place should be closed down.
