I loved it at first but was disappointed when one of the vets completely ignored what I told her. I told her my dog eats raw & that he suddenly had diarrhea after getting his vaccines... before seeing her I saw a different vet there, who told me to feed cooked chicken & rice. I completely disagree with feeding grains to my dog - a dog would never eat that in the wild - but I listened. My dog only at 1/4 of his daily ration & did not like it at all. He ate that for 1 1/2 weeks & NOTHING CHANGED. Only his behavior changed for the worse (tired etc-which is a given) then I switch him back to raw & his poop was normal. So he was on raw for maybe 3 days. I told her this. She should know 1. Chicken has very few nutrients & little fat. 2. He did not get his balanced diet (organs, bones etc). 3. He wasnt eating normally. She took blood & told me to feed him chicken & rice AGAIN but for 1 month. And only feed that... additionally he should take probiotics (which is ok, cant hurt). She called me back & tells me my dogs results show he is not on a balanced diet (YA THINK?! DUH?! Just told you he wasnt.) and then recommended I should feed him PURINA or ROYAL CANINE... of all kibble brands those that are known to be really unhealthy and bad... Needless to say I took my dogs blood results and am now at a different vet. I verbally corrected her notes (looked at the screen as she typed them multiple times) and she did not change /update them..so I wasnt really surprised. Dont recommend them. Staff was nice though ;).

I recently took my cat in to get his teeth cleaned and x-rays done. Hes been wheezing and coughing, was thinking there was something wrong with his lungs. The vet, Dr. Black, was super nice and really gentle with our cat. He examined his teeth and said he didnt really need to get them cleaned. Its pretty rare to find someone honest enough to turn down money, we were prepared to pay to have them cleaned. So that was awesome, showed he cared more about my cat then making a few bucks. Found out my cat has a tumor and its destroying his lungs. They did a really nice job running tests to see how his blood was doing and all his organs. Dr. Black called me back with the test results 2 days later. Everything just went really well, they were all really nice to work with. They seem to really care for the animals, not figuring out ways to get money from customers. And thats an A+++++ for me.

I wish I could give this place NO stars. At first this clinic seems nice and clean, but the more you come in, the more you start to see it for what it really is.... a dysfunctional business not a caring clinic. We brought our dog there to be boarded and they neglected him! Then they lied about it! He got his cone off and either him or some other dog chewed it up!! The staff said they watched him take it off. Hello, he needs that on for a reason, why would you sit back and watch him take it off? It was just lie after lie with them. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. Kendra and Brooke are exceptionally unpleasant. Their snippy attitudes will surely come back to bite them one day. Whatever you do, DONT BRING YOUR CAT OR DOG HERE!!!!!! You will regret it. Sincerely, A concerned animal lover

I took my sick kitty here for the first time today and I am very thankful that I did. Dr. Black is very knowledgeable and was very thorough with the exam. His entire team was very kind and helpful and they all greeted me with a smile! This office was recommended to me by a friend and I can definitely see why. Even a gentleman in the waiting area said "Youre going to love this place!" and said that he has several vet clinics closer to his home but he still choose to go here. That made me feel like I knew my cat was in great hands. Great location and easy to find and very reasonable prices. Thank you to everyone who helped me with my sick kitty. She is doing much better since you all treated her.

These people saved my kittens life after she had a bad accident. They were very caring, and let me come in and hold my kitten whenever I wanted. Of course her treatment was expensive, but I still felt it was very reasonably priced for 4 days of hospitalization. Dr. Stewart was the main doctor during my cats hospitalization, and I loved her. Dr. Black took over kittens care on her last day there, and he called me first thing that morning. I truly appreciated their communications and compassion for my kitten. The staff was equally as great, with getting text message and called in updates on her status over the weekend. I switched kittens full time care here, and I dont plan on going anywhere else!

Dr Black is kind, informative and just fantastic with my dog. We have had multiple health concerns such as kidney issues, knee surgery and more, and Dr Black offers ALL treatment options, not just the ones that drain your bank account. He personally calls and emails result information when its a serious matter, which shows his relationship with the pets and pet owners. There is no one better, come here!

I came here the first time when I had to put down my cat, the doctor and staff were so kind and thoughtful of my circumstances. I also had to get surgery for my 11 year old boxer. They did a wonderful job with her. I would recommend this Veterinary office to anyone needing care for their furry babies. Prices are great and they really care about your precious loved ones.

Great price, fast service, and most importantly amazing workers. They were honest with all of our options and helped us find the most cost efficient treatments for our puppy. They were very sweet to our puppy and really cared. Not your typical vet that just wants money. They just want to make sure your animal is healthy and happy.

The office was able to get me an appointment immediately for an emergency with my cat, even though I had never been there before. The entire staff including the doctor were kind and compassionate towards me as well as my cat. I would definitely suggest this vet office!

They dont talk you into spending money on unnecessary treatments or anything and are very practical. They have been great with my dog as well as my foster dogs who are a bit unpredictable at the vet. Super friendly!
