Our 26 yr old horse got into a situation on Easter day. Very bad fence injury in which he was slammed into a gate latch resulting in a dinner plate sized hole in his side. It was blunt force trauma and went through 3 muscle groups. Dr. Gillittte left his Easter celebration and had us bring our horse in. Our horse was at his clinic and in surgery 1/2 hr after our call. The 3hr surgery went well and we were back at home with our beloved horse. The round of antibiotics, pain medications did not sit well with our poor guys gut. This is very common with the horses sensitive gut. We were told to watch for signs of colic. After about a week he started to show signs on colic. Doc was available for me and at my house in 15 mins. It, has been a difficult road with our old horse but after a month of good doctoring and home care we feel we are on the mend. The wound looks amazing!!!! I have been on the phone more with Dr. Gillittte this month and he has always been kind, helpful and encouraging. I would not hesitate to use him again. Our animals have been very healthy and we have not had to have much Doctoring until now. We will recommend Wildflower Veterinary clinic to all our friends!!! We found his prices to be very reasonable and his availability to us (always after hours) was beyond stellar- Thank you Doctor Jack!!!

Lazer Therapy saved my horse! Hank, had foundered, and the prognosis was grim. I contacted Dr. Gillettes office for a second opinion. Hank was seen right away, and I found out that there was more that could be done. The Doctor proposed a treatment plan that included Lazer Therapy and nutritional support, all of which were affordable. Dawn, the technician , scheduled the appts. and administered the treatments. She was very patient with Hank and connected with him right away. She was also very kind and encouraging to me. I still prepared myself for the worst. However, by the third treatment, the improvement was undeniable! After the sixth and final treatment, Dr. Gillette told me that Hank was ready for corrective shoes and offered to talk with the farrier about Hanks needs. I am amazed with the results and the short time in which so much progress was made! Within three weeks, Hank was well on his way to being healthy again. I was also able to start riding him at a walk and slow trot, on soft footing , for 10 to 15 minutes, each day. The doctor said, " His drilling years are over, but he will do fine on the trails." That was great news and more than I thought was possible! The Lazer Therapy, along with the specialized care from Dr.Gillette and Dawn, saved Hanks life. For that, I will always be grateful.

I love Wildflower Vet! I use them for all my babies, big and little. The owner (Dr Gillette) and staff honestly care. Very knowledgeable people. Dr Gillette was my horses vet over 15 years ago, (never had anything major happen thank goodness but normal things, floating teeth, shots, that sorta thing,) i left the area for 15 years, brought my dog to his clinic and he remembered me. That doesnt often happen with extremely busy people. But to me, it tells me his clients are more than just a number on a file, he actually cares. Big animals, little animals, major trauma or just a check up, Ill only use wildflowers vet clinic. Please, if youre looking for an honest vet, who honestly cares about your animal, (I know I do, if Im doing something wrong or unsafe for my babies, please, let me know!!)who is very knowledgeable and With competitive pricing, give Dr Gillette and his crew a chance. Youll be really glad you did. And so will your babies, all of them

Our old woman doggie Nola was misdiagnosed by another vet. When we moved to Graham we switched over to Wildflower. Oh boy, were we ever thankful we did that! Nola then got diagnosed properly. We found out she had diabetes & was completely blind. The prognosis wasnt good & we had to make that decision of either prolonging her life with medicine or putting her to sleep. We decided to put her down knowing that this was the best thing for our precious Nola. Dr. Libra & her team were awesome. They are not only professionals at what they do, but they are a very caring. They made us feel like family when they helped us with Nolas final days. Thank you guys for all you do!

My regular vet had no openings, so I took my poor kitty here who has a history of bladder problems. While the doctors were friendly enough, she was in their care for SIX HOURS, and the vet could not get a urine sample from her...sure enough as soon as we got home (literally 5 minutes away) her carrier was soaked and it had leaked onto my car seat! When I called to complain, the vet used every excuse in the book. Now a week later, I had to bring my kitty to an emergency vet because the same symptoms. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!!

Wildflower (Dr. Jack Gillette) cares for our horses and mule. They are very kind, understanding how much we love our animals, yet they also are open and honest about costs and what the animals need. We have referred friends who have had to have their animal put down, and every report is about how respectful and kind Dr. Gillette is. They also are great educators, they hold first aid clinics for clients and every time we have our animals out to see Jack, we learn more about how to care for them.

I just love this Veterinary Hospital, what can I say anybody who loves my furry babies as much as I deserves kudos. If I have a question or a concern and I dont have an appointment they have always found time for me. If it cant be handled over the phone, Dr. Libra, Tiffany, Klee all of these fantastic people would stay late to tend to my babies. The Dr has even given me her cell for after hours if a situation came up while being treated. Theres just no one better, love these people!!!! :)

We have been very pleased with our experiences at Wild Flower Vet. We have 4 dogs, so its great to have a place close by, and so caring. Dr. Libra was a great help recently when one of our small dogs ate chocolate. She stayed on the phone and walked us through what to do. We feel very good about bringing our dogs to such a caring place. Thank you!!!!
