My goal is to be a gentle caring dentist that looks out for my patients dental needs." This is what I experienced at Creekwood Dental with everyone (Amy, Roxanne, Amanda and others at the reception area). All were collegial, competent, friendly, efficient, listened superbly well and tailored their services to my needs and specific wishes. As a new patient, I felt totally at home. Im definitely hooked.

Even though going to the dentist has been a horrifying experience for me since childhood, I now have much nicer memories of the dentists office, due to Dr Guirguis and his staff at Creekwood Dental. Their friendly personalities, reassurance (when needed), and explanations of what was to come put my mind at ease, and allowed me to breathe easier while in the chair. Dr Guirguis has a gentle touch, and a relaxing way about him. The assistants make me laugh, and I adore my hygienist. What more could I ask for? I walk out of there with a happy, healthy smile.

I have been going to Creekwood Dental for several years now and have never been to a more professionally ran dental office staffed with friendlier people before. Very painless and the staff and dentists explained the procedures needed in an understanding way for a lay person such as myself could understand. All costs were explained to me upfront and I found their costs to be much less than I was accustomed to. Over the years I have recommended Creekwood to family and friends. They have all been extremely pleased with their expieriences at Creekwood.

Great experience! Staff at the front was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. MY hygienist was fun but professional and explained everything as she went about her work. Dr. Guirguis spent a lot of time with me explaining options and making sure I was as comfortable and happy with all my dental work. On my way out my HSA card was denied and the girls insisted that it was not activated and to take 5 minutes to call the bank to activate it instead of trying to submit it later. Just goes to show how great of a place this is!

Growing up I was always terrified to see the dentist and would literally try to lock myself in the car but would always get dragged in by my mother along with the help of some coaxing by the dentist. Dr. Guirguis and his staff at Creekwood Dental are very professional and thorough. The office is very comforting. My experience with him and his team has been so pleasant and positive that I now walk myself to the front door :)

The physicians and hygienists (and the whole team) at Creekwood Dental are exceptional. Upon meeting them they created a treatment plan for me which included an explanation of the dental care they wanted to provide as well as a thorough description of costs (which can be reduced if you choose the discount plan they offer). Ive had several dentists througout my lifetime - this team of compassionate professionals are the best.

Ive visited the Creekwood Dental Office on several occasions, one time for a dental emergency and they were able to get me in quickly, at their first available appointment. The entire staff, doctors included were very welcoming and friendly and made my visits pleasant and easy. I highly recommend this office, doctors are very skilled, clean, and painless! Dr.Amir Guirguis, DDS and staff, was without doubt, the best dental practice I have ever established as my primary dentist. I called Creekwood because of a terrible tooth ache I couldnt handle the pain, they got me in 3 hours after I called them (I called three other places before none could see me that week) gave me a shot to ease the pain, did x-rays and scheduled me that same day to have a root canal, next day got fitted for my permanent crown, great job to Dr. Pfeiffer and all her staff.

count even make it in. spoke to Kelsey and she took insurance info and was supposed to call me back. a week later no phone call and I called back and she stated they dont do that. why would you take all my info and say your going to call back and not do it. come to find out she is the manager but not a good one!
