I have tried to schedule an appointment with Charleston OBGYN Associates three times now in the last month. Last year, I had an appointment but they called me and asked if I would be willing to reschedule. I said that it shouldnt be a problem, but I forgot to program the new appointment date into my phone and completely forgot about it. Honest mistake right? Well, because of being a no-call, no-show one time, I have been completely blacklisted from Charleston OBGYN associates. I desperately needed to be seen by a doctor last month and they told me because of one missed appointment that no one would take me on as a patient. Hippocratic Oath ladies and gentleman...we dont care if you are lying on the ground and dying outside our office because you missed one damn appointment over a year ago.

I would not recommend going there the staff cant keep records of you as a patient for one and two it takes them forever to even get back to you, their office isnt very polite and the people there refused to give me my test results in person before also doctor Bush she seems nice at first but once you want to take a different birth control pill she gets an attitude and says she can send you papers to go to another office if you want her nice way of saying to leave her office and choose a different one save yourself the trouble and not mess with going to them all there in for us the money and not the patient

Called for an appointment and they got me in a week later, which I really appreciate. Just found out I was pregnant last week and Im very excited to have them as my doctors. Like the speedy appointment scheduling. My old doc wouldnt accept my insurance like most places, and where I normally go to the doctor, I wouldnt have been able to get in until August. Im very thankful I found them.
