Today I had an appointment set up to have a "procedure". I have been a patient here for 3-4 years. Today was the worst experience I have ever had. First I waited 30 minutes only to be informed that I couldnt have this procedure because I have a past due balance and the appointment should of never been made. Ok. The girl made a mistake she was new I can be sympathetic to that, but you didnt catch it when you had my reminder phone call? Also I couldnt have the procedure because it was recommended to have it last year not this year. Ok. Still not ticked. Where did it go wrong? First of all its respectful to me as the patient to pull me away from the crowded waiting room to inform me I have a balance from last year. You know why its from last year? Its the last time I was there and had no idea I had one. Now while its respectful to me to pull me aside for my bill, its the effing law to not talk about my medical history and what procedure I was getting in front of the crowded waiting room. This includes dates the procedure was reccomended and what procedure it was. Im furious. Im not even sure I want to go back. Autumn was rude, disrespectful to me, and violated my HIPPAA rights. Next time, if there is one pull me aside to speak to me one on one. Its my right and its respectful as a patient. Autumn needs further education on HIPPAA. I wanted to do an update. Today after festering for a week I contacted the office manager Deb about this situation. What I wanted to hear was "Im sorry, it wont happen again". What I got was excuse after excuse. 1st excuse: "She couldnt of violated your HIPPA rights she doesnt know that much"...Thats weird she quoted word for word what I was going to have done. 2nd Excuse: "Our office isnt built well for patient privacy". Okay. This is the worst excuse of them all. Pull me around. Pull all your patients around. We all deserve this respect. 3rd Excuse: "We had a new employee training on the other computer so we couldnt pull you around". What? You should be teaching the new employee this is what you do. I paid my remaining balance and will not be returning. Its unfortunate the doctor is good but staff is causing her to lose patients. Ill also be reporting them for violation of HIPPA.

One of the most thorough exams of my life. Expect a least an hour for your first visit. Most of the time was spent with the nurse, and not waiting. All of my medical history was reviewed. All of my issues were discussed in detail. I never felt rushed or that the nurse didnt care or understand. The ultra sound tech was extremely nice. The rooms are super clean and everyone was very polite and professional. Keurig coffee in the waiting room. The rooms are a little on the cold side so bring a long sleeve shirt. Ive been to a number of other OB/GYNs in the area and this place is definitely one of the best.

Terrible experience with this office staff and office manager. After a 4 hour initial office visit I receive a call the next day from staff. She was explaining to me that I need to come back in. She stated that they/the lab had an issue that basically rendered my first appointment pointless. When I explained that I was disappointed in the way this was being handled, the office manager was extremely patronizing and boarderline rude. This has been a terrible first impression for what I thought would be a simple check up. I would never recommend using this office under any circumstance.
