A good physical therapist is invaluable to a recovery. You see your surgeon a few times, but you can see your physical therapist twice a week for months. If you’re lucky, you find someone you trust who guides you back to health. This was my experience with Jeff Brown at Gaspar Physical Therapy. Jeff is experienced and highly skilled. Hes a good listener and provides well-reasoned answers to questions. Working with Jeff, I got the motivation I needed to plod through the recovery process. I really enjoyed the atmosphere at this office. It’s a friendly, comfortable environment, where you become part of the club simply by walking in the door. There were often fresh baked goods at the front desk. Patients and staff chat easily between treatments and exercises.

My orthopedic surgeon told me to go see Jeff Brown many years ago. While it may seem a little weird to say you love physical therapy, I do love the way I feel after PT. Over the past 15+ years Ive had to venture into Gaspars on numerous occasions for various issues. While Jeff Brown is my primary caregiver, I have been seen by all the therapist at one time or another after getting into a bind and needing quick relief. I always get results. The staff understands my issues and knows what "we" need to do to resolve them. The atmosphere is always cheerful at Gaspars with much banter to keep the mood lite. As a dignified woman on the next bench said to me one day, I just love the clubhouse camaraderie here". I recommend Gaspars without reservation..

This is the second time we have utilized Gaspar Physical Therapy in Solana Beach, and specifically used Jeff Brown and his professional team. My son just had major knee surgery, and Jeff made sure before we started PT that he had spoken to the surgeon with any questions and precautions. Jeff made sure to read the report about the surgery my son had, to make sure he understood exactly what injury my son sustained and the surgery performed. Even during the PT sessions, he sent updates to the surgeon to make sure we were on track. They are very organized, use the latest equipment, and make sure my son is doing the exercises correctly and is making progress. We feel very lucky to have Jeff and his team in Solana Beach to treat our family!

I am currently in my 10th month of therapy following my achilles tendon repair and am extremely pleased with my progress, as is my surgeon. My physical therapist, Dr. Jeff Brown, and the entire staff as Gaspar has made the rehabilitation process positive, informative, and rewarding. I am challenged and closely monitored at all times and feel like I am part of a family every time I walk through the door. Every person in the office truly seems to care about my progress. The level of professionalism and expertise from Dr. Brown has exceeded expectations so far and I am certainly thankful that I was directed to Gaspar. Thank you Jeff and the rest of the Gaspar team!!

Going to physical therapy isnt at the top of my list of "fun things to do 3 times a week for months on end". Ive done two rounds now recovering from sports injuries. BUT - if you are going to have to do PT this is the place to do it because recovery is about a positive attitude and Gaspars IS an energized and expert shop. I often say that a good PT is more important than a good doctor because theyll take the time to really suss out your issues. Which is exactly what happened this last time around when Jeff found my torn ACL before the doctor did! If youve got broken bits this is the place to go get them back into ship shop shape.

I have been treated by Gaspar PT in Solana Beach several times and experienced great results. One of the big plusses that distinguishes Gaspar from other PT shops is the significant amount of hands-on treatment patients receive. I have generally worked with Jeff, but during the times he was unavailable, I have found the other therapists equally competent and able to keep me on track in my rehab. I went into Gaspar a little bit skeptical as I had been seeing a chiropractor for over a year with very little progress. My neck when I went in was so stiff I could barely turn it and I was worried that it would never get better. Now I can say my neck has finally gotten better because of Gaspar Doctors of Physical Therapy. Now I can weightlift again with no problems, something I truly missed. Couldnt be more excited to get on with my life. Also, the staff is extremely friendly and I think I may actually miss going in. Highly recommend.

Ive had the good fortune to have Jeff Brown at Gaspar Physical Therapy in Solana Beach as my guy from time to time for over 15 years. Jeffs a wonderful person and weve become casual friends although Im older than his father. The important thing, though, is that the people at Gaspar are outstanding -- competent, responsive, and happy. Gaspar - Solana Beach is a happy place to go for an activity that some of us might sometimes rather avoid. Id recommend the Gaspar people to anyone -- and I do!

While walking through a parking lot, I was struck by a moving vehicle. Although I didn’t break any bones, I did suffer from whiplash. After a visit to my primary care physician, we both agreed that Jeff Brown at Gaspar would be the one to help me on my road to recovery. Jeff performed a thorough assessment of my condition, clearly communicated his plan to get me moving again and was honest about the recovery time. Jeff and Tracy were my therapists, and both were very knowledgeable and professional. They also took a personal interest in making sure my recovery went as well as possible. They really listened when I told them how my knee was feeling and tailored my therapy accordingly. My therapists and the rest of the staff genuinely enjoyed helping people get better, which made my recovery process a very positive experience. I highly recommend Gaspar!

I have gone to Gaspart in Solana Beach for my three (3)knee opertions/replacements, hip relplacement and recall and a hamstring tear. All I can say is that Spencer was fantastic in helping me get back to routine quickly. I like the way the clinic in Solana Beach has a personal touch and and a friendly atmosphere. Godbless them all. It is the only place I would every even consider going for physical theropy

I fell and hurt my knee my doctor gave me a shot in the knee and said to get pt to help with the pain I have been to Spencer at Gaspar pt in the past and Spencer was understanding of the problem and the discomfort I was in he was able to help and his treatment has helped I would highly recommend him both I and my wife have been patients of his in the past and would not hesitate to use him in the future

If you want the best care, take it from me and give them a call. Paul and all the guys and gals are so friendly. They always make me feel at home when I stop by or call.
