I cant say enough about how great my experience with Ilah at One Nine has been! I have been struggling with lower back issues for 10 years. I have tried different chiropractors for years and it didnt seem to help. So I decided to try physical therapy and came to One Nine to see Ilah. Not only do you feel that Ilah truly cares about helping you get better, but you also can tell that she knows what she is doing! I have had a major improvement in my back. I have never been able to go to the gym as consistently as I am now since going to physical therapy with Ilah. She has given me the tools I need to get better. She has given me hope that I can do all the activities again that I have not been able to for a long time. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is seeking physical therapy. Dave is like no Physical Therapist Ive ever been to! Hes personable, knowledgable, and has hands that after one session, leave you feeling like youre on the road to recovery. Im a dancer and runner and have had minor injuries including neck and knee pain. After just a couple sessions with Dave, my mobility improved and the pain was gone. I appreciate how Dave takes the time to educate me on my injury so that I can better understand and support my recovery process. I truly feel that Dave cares about me and every one of his patients by giving me all his time, attention, and the highest level of care.
