I cant say enough about how great my experience with Ilah at One Nine has been! I have been struggling with lower back issues for 10 years. I have tried different chiropractors for years and it didnt seem to help. So I decided to try physical therapy and came to One Nine to see Ilah. Not only do you feel that Ilah truly cares about helping you get better, but you also can tell that she knows what she is doing! I have had a major improvement in my back. I have never been able to go to the gym as consistently as I am now since going to physical therapy with Ilah. She has given me the tools I need to get better. She has given me hope that I can do all the activities again that I have not been able to for a long time. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is seeking physical therapy. Thanks Ilah and One Nine!!!

Dave is like no Physical Therapist Ive ever been to! Hes personable, knowledgable, and has hands that after one session, leave you feeling like youre on the road to recovery. Im a dancer and runner and have had minor injuries including neck and knee pain. After just a couple sessions with Dave, my mobility improved and the pain was gone. I appreciate how Dave takes the time to educate me on my injury so that I can better understand and support my recovery process. I truly feel that Dave cares about me and every one of his patients by giving me all his time, attention, and the highest level of care. I recommend Dave to anyone who wants to get back to their strongest self quickly! Dave will get you there and is so worth it!

Dave is definitely one of the best Physical Therapists I have ever had a chance to work with. I suffered a severe slipped disc in my L5/S1 in 2012 and have seen more than my share of doctors, physical therapists, Chinese medicine practitioners and specialists. Cant say enough good things about Dr Dave Gerbarg! He quickly and accurately assessed my condition, explained my problem in detail, and prescribed treatment that got me moving rapidly toward recovery. After herniating L5-S1 several years ago, Ive had trouble recovering to full strength and full range of motion. My experience at One Nine far exceeded my expectations. Dave was personable, knowledgeable and attentive. I came in for back pain during pregnancy and he was able to give me several exercises and treatments to not only stop the symptoms, but also to keep the pain from coming back in the future. In less than 2 months of working with Ilah, I was able to complete the Ragnar SoCal Relay running 16+ miles in less than 24hrs with zero knee pain! Couldnt be happier and more excited.
