Chose this office because it was a convenient distance from where I worked and lived. This office is not respectful of their client time at all. Came in for an appointment at 12. I asked at 12:30 how long it would take before I would be seen. I was told that it would be at least another 45 minutes before they could see me... Wait... them why schedule me for 12 if you cant see me until at least 1:15. Yet they have you sign documentation stated that if you fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours you will be charged a fee. I guess they figure their time is way more important than their clients. I love how the receptionist was nonchalant about telling me how delays happen with Doctors. Yea well the correct an professional thing to do would to contact your clients and let them know that you are running almost an hour and a half behind schedule. Not to mention then I go to reschedule my appointment due to the fact that I was unprepared to have to wait an hour in a half just to be seen and they try to schedule my appointment for a month out. Terrible experience,

I went in for a cleaning and I was put into a well groomed room for my xrays but was later moved to a room that looked to be under construction. The nurse told me I was moved because the dentist was left handed and needed to be on the opposite side. The room had plug on the wall with the covering missing and wiring hanging out. The dentist cleaned my teeth for about 7 minutes and actually scrapped some of my front filling off of the back of my tooth. She showed no compassion did not ask me about any issues I may be having with my teeth or anything ... She gave me horrible service. She didnt not care about the well being of my dental health. There were other patients in the rooms on the side where I previously was positioned. I did not know why nor did I care to ask... Karma works in mysterious ways.

My appointment was at 10 and it is now 10:40 and was just told that it may be just another 5 or 10 minutes before they take me back. Was never told that they were running behind when I checked in 10 minutes before my appointment. Very unprofessional staff who do not care about their clients. It is funny that if something comes up and you cannot provide 24hr notice to cancel they will chare you a $40 fee, but if you keep your appointent and are on time and everything, they just take their time and dont care when they get to you. There is one densit and apparently there was also more than one appointment for 10. I will not be returning ever to thus denist.

Very unprofessional. They will forget to schedule a procedure for you, then give you flack for not having it taken care of yet. They dont know how to work the machine that sterilizes the equipment. And theyll tell you to improve you brushing, but never give any information on how to do it. So helpful. Thanks guys.
