Nice staff, but pushy and seems like your care is second to $$. I had pain in my mouth for months and months, his solution was 3-4 crowns, before he could do that i moved and went elsewhere. Went to another dentist and found out it was my wisdom teeth this whole time, no crowns needed! The only crown i got from him gave me a little pain, went back 2 weeks later and he said you need a root canal on that. Your telling me you didnt see that 2 weeks ago?? Also the only crown he put in has food traps and causes gum swelling, looks like a brick in there, even though dillsburg dental laughed at my other crowns from other places (which have never given me trouble or pain). Im in the process of getting that crown replaced because it messed my bite up and is causing trouble (gum sensitivity, food traps, etc). I also got one filling from him, which i only could convince him to give me if i said i was going to get him to put a crown on it. Got the filling, its been fine since. Im sure he is a good dentist, the staff is very friendly, but me personally never had a good experience with the place

I do NOT recommend this place. My family left after finding out 2 things. One, that my wife received a crown that was not needed, and was not paid for by insurance due to xray not being provided. She also got a bridge here that I question, but not to her as she has had too many problems with it. Two, I was told to have 2 crowns done (1 to replace a previous one), 2nd opinion from the dentist we moved away from said the claim would be a flop if xrays were submitted. There was no decay under the current crown, no xray proof that there was a problem inside, the other tooth had plenty of good tooth left that would have to be removed to do a crown. This is a big NO to remove good tooth unneccessarily. Plus there was no cavity found either, and current fillings were okay. Also the push for Periodontal work was too much. Later found out they get paid more for that, which includes your out of pocket. Its your decision, but Dentistry and Cosmology dont mix in my book anymore.

I was a patient at First Choice Dental in Chambersburg, PA where I met Dr. Mike. When I found out he moved I was disheartened because I liked his style and patient care techniques. Surprisingly, I ran into Dr. Mike and his family at a local restaurant and asked him where he moved. He had told me that he opened up his own practice in Dillsburg, PA. I immediately scheduled an appointment for myself and my family. As a testament, my family and I drive an hour each way to be patients of Dr. Mike because of his quality of care and no unnecessary treatment procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Mike and his staff at Dillsburg Dental Care.

Best dental office visit ever! Dr. Mike and the staff calmed my fears. I was always afraid of getting any dental procedures done, but Dr. Mike explained everything that he was going to do ahead of time. He also kept making sure that I was comfortable during the procedure. I knew what upfront costs were with my treatment and so there were no surprises in the end. I highly recommend this place and definitely trust Dr. Mike with his treatment decisions.

I was not a current patient and yet when I contacted the office regarding serious discomfort, I was asked if I could arrive in 15 minutes. I was taken back immediately and have never had a medical professional, let alone an entire staff, be as caring and conscientious of causing any further discomfort. The staff and Dr. Mike are great. My 6 year old had a great appointment today for a filling. Dr. Mike made her laugh to make her feel comfortable. She said the shot did not even hurt. She actually made me feel better about my appointment next week for work I need. I would totally recommend Dr. Mike and all the staff at Dillsburg Dental.

The staff at Dillsburg Dental is absolutely amazing. They are very comforting and they do excellent top of the line work. Dr. Mike is the best around when it comes to his work and satisfying patients needs. Also he is hilarious!
