Ive been to this office for almost 2 years since my son was born . All the doctors and staffs were nice and friendly but except for Dr. Anita khichi ! I never write anything on rating before but this got me so upset . The wait was 1 hour and 45 mins for the dr. To see us which is my appointment was at 2:15pm , my son was crying during her exam because he is sleepy and it is normal for a kid, and I tried to keep him calm so make it easy for her to do her job but every time she touched him , he cried. she said she couldnt do her job due to my son crying . I dont see any passion from her at all , rough works , she didnt seem to be gentle with my son at all she is working with kids but not even said a sweet word to calm my son from the beginning to the end , instead of that she told me she still has 4 more patients to see after me and she doesnt have time for this, the office is closed at 4:00 pm and If I want I have to seat there to wait until my son stop crying and she will come back to recheck on my son after she finish seeing all her patients . Of course Im not going to do that because I waited for almost 2 hours. I dont mind to come back for another day to recheck If she said in a nice way but she talked to patient very impolite!!! I dont know how much pressure she did while putting the microscope to check my sons ears but after she left my son keep held his both ears and cried I will never come back to her again !!!

This office has some great and bad qualities. The only good qualities are the doctors. But the nurses and receptionists are terrible. They need to be replaced by other professionals who are fluent in english and know what they are doing. The wait time is always more than 2 hours because all they are doing is chatting among themselves. Im definetly going to transfer, and i suggest parents who have kids above 5 need to the same.

This office is THE BEST. My son will be 4 in April, and he has been a patient since he was born. Every doctor is AMAZING, and treats the children like they are family. All the staff care greatly, and are very patient. My son even pretends to be a "doctor" and refers to himself as Dr. Ellis. But he truly loves every doctor at this office! Thank you for providing top notch care to Devyn, and to us!

I will NEVER recommend this clinic to any parent!! The doctors never pay the attention they should be paying to their patients. Every time I took my son they were always in a rush and would never take into consideration any questions I had. Ontop of that Dr. Khitchi is rude. Shes not professional at all.

My 9 year old has been a patient here since she was 1 dayold. Today, I spent 30 minutes on the phone with a nurse as she patiently answered all of my questions. I cant thank them enough for the level of care they provided today, as well as over the years. Kudos to an office thats all about the kids!

I haven been trying to get ahold of this doctors office for three days now. I call twice a day and leave two voicemails a day. Still have not had a response and I need to find out when my daughter appointment is. They dont take their time to get back in contact wth their patients

Just had my baby in December. Sometimes I feel like their so busy that they rush checking on my baby but other times they take their time. Overall they havent made a mistake with me yet just that the wait times can be a little long.

Ive been bring my kids here for four years. I love it! They are very knowledgeable and do a great job. Every doctor is great! And its very easy to get a appointment the same day day or next day!
