When you need caring professionals to help you make important decisions about your animal’s health, Pet Medical Center of Katy is where you should take them. Dr. Cruz is a wonderful and compassionate veterinarian that genuinely cares for the pets. She attends to every sign, symptom and concern. Her candor with pet owners is a great strength. She explains procedures, diagnostic tests, and medicine; Dr. Cruz then carefully covers all options, recommendation and happily answers any questions. She explains cost and is very transparent on pricing. Dr. Cruz performed one major surgery on our dog and has helped treat his other issues. She took the time to educate my family and I on all the different shots, health practices, and dietary recommendations to keep our dog healthy. The personnel staff is helpful, friendly and warm creating a pleasant experience in a potentially stressful situation. They are through and patient during preliminary evaluation and treat the pets like their own. The facility is clean and odor free. As an added bonus, the facility has a temporary day or night pet stay. Without a doubt, the personnel working at Pet Medical Center of Katy are amazing animal people that provide service to a very lovable, difficult and demanding group…the pet owner!

We love our friends at PMCK, and the quality of care is superb. When we first got our Daisy as a kitten, she had a kitty cold, and during the exam Dr. Cruz found ringworm as well. She was too tiny for the oral medicine, so she got 8 or 9 weekly visits for a lime-sulfur dip. We got to know the staff VERY well, and Daisy got used to her "spa days" with the staff! The excitement and adoration they showed when we would drop her off in the mornings was so wonderful and reassuring to this pet-mama. Now our visits are more routine, but weve received really excellent care, especially when we brought in our other cat for a dental, and when Daisy injured her back. Dr. Cruz is patient and understanding, and always explains the reasoning behind her recommendations and it is clear that she wants to do what is best for our fur-kids. They make us feel like family, and they feel like family to us. I cant imagine going anywhere else.

My husband and I have been bringing our "family" of two cats and three dogs to Dr. Cruz at the Pet Medical Center of Katy for almost 6 years now. Dr. Cruz and her staff are by far THE BEST! Dr. Cruz is extremely knowledgeable, patient, trustworthy, friendly, as well as personable. She always takes the time to exam our "kids" with such precision and care, and then thoroughly explains everything to us. We never feel rushed. Her staff is excellent as well – very friendly, efficient, helpful, caring, and always remember our names as well as our pet’s names. The Pet Medical Center is very welcoming, offering an inviting environment for all - - Our dogs, Blaise, Jett, & Shea cannot wait to get out of the car and come for visits! We will always entrust Dr. Cruz and her staff with all of our pet’s medical needs, and would highly recommend them if you are seeking the absolute best in medical care and attention for your pets.

I have been bringing my 2 cats here for 4 years and have been very happy. We also brought our dog here, when we had one. The office is always clean and there is never a long wait. Dr. Cruz is very thorough and you never feel rushed. When one of my cats was sick, Dr. Cruz was wonderful with treating him and was very comforting when we thought we might lose him. She really took the time to comfort me and she offered several treatment options when we werent sure if we could afford all of the tests and treatments. She also told me what she would do if she were in our situation and it really made me feel better. I was grossed put by our previous vets clinic because it always seemed dirty and it smelled bad. This office is spick and span.

TREATED LIKE FAMILY!!! Not only do all the workers smile non-stop, they know your name as soon as you walk in. Dr. Norma Cruz is phenomenal. Her love for animals is second to no one and it shows in her care for our Elie. We have brought our lab Elie there since the day we got her. Nervous about how to raise a pup, the staff has been so kind and personal with every visit and really made us feel comfortable. No question is stupid or silly, raising a dog can be fun but confusing, and Dr. Cruz and her staff could not have been and continue to be more helpful than any place I have taken my business to! Congrats for having a great business and showing love from top to bottom!!! (pun intended)

Pet Name - Maestro We have been a client of Pet Medical Center for five years. Since moving to Katy, we have relied on PMC to be a home away from home for our dog. They have provided exceptional and consistent care to him. He loves the TLC he receives from the entire staff. The care given to supporting us in making medical decisions is excellent. The Doctor provides the information and details in such a kind and professional manner. I can always expect follow-up calls to provide any additional information on a procedure and to check on his progress! Thanks to all at PMC for your first class services! We have been very happy with the veterinary care provided by Dr. Cruz for the past 6 years! The office is efficient, and staff members are friendly and personal. They follow up on visits and treatments when needed, and call at home to check on our dog if necessary. Dr. Cruz is very knowledgeable and extremely thorough, and we trust her advice. The staff is patient when our dog freaks out and gets nervous. :) Would consider them a little pricey compared to past vets weve had, but would definitely recommend them to others. The care is outstanding.

Excellent care, compassion, and service! We continue to be pleased with Dr. Cruz and her staff. They know our dog by name and are always available to help by phone or in the office. We have been able to get our dog seen within 24 hours every time an appointment is needed. Furthermore, Dr. Cruz educates owners on the problem(s) and animal is having and provides moderate care plans. The staff even offers help out to the car! If you are looking for a vet in or around Katy...Dr. Cruz receives the highest possible recommendation!

Three Days

They have always been very professional and caring. I immediately get put into a private room with my dog and he gets a very thorough review. All of this is enough for 5 stars, but to add to this, earlier this week he was partially choking on a snack early in the morning. Fortunately I live very close and drove over. Though they were not yet open, Stephanie let me in and immediately removed the object. She gave him a quick check and all was well. Thank you Stephanie, you really came through in a pinch!

My wife and I have been going to Pet Medical Center of Katy for a few years now! Together, we have 2 cats and a dog. Dr Cruz and staff are wonderful. Dr Cruz correctly diagnosed one of our cats and put her on a special diet and is doing great. Shes also been wonderful to our dog Hugo. He has severe allergy problems and with her recomendations/prescriptions he is doing much better. Dr. Cruz and staff also are very gentle with our hyper American Eskimo! I highly recommend this veterinarian!
