Under his lab coat he must have wings because he was truly sent to our pets by God! Dr. White is a brilliant caring veterinarian with a huge heart. He has treated all my animals from turtles and birds to cats and dogs. When you go you will notice the office is always packed, but everyone knows he is well worth the wait! Dr. White is dedicated and will take as much time as needed to answer any questions you have, and some you dont even think of as well! His experience is invaluable and has given me more time with my oldest dog who has a rare disease and might not have been diagnosed as quickly elsewhere as Dr. White did. A lot of veterinarians seem to be numb after years of practice, but it is clear that Dr. White feels every loss as if the pet had been his own. The staff is so nice and caring as well, and somehow always remembers mine and my animals names. Briarcrest is the BEST!!

Dr. White is the greatest vet and overall scientist Ive ever met! Just do like me if youre allergic to cats. Tell them to come out and do the paperwork with you outside and take your dog from you outside. There are cats that live and roam free in the office. The folks here are really cool about accommodating me on that though. Everyone there seems to really love the animals and they love them back. My dog Ella never kisses ANYONE except Dr. White! He was also very highly recommended by Eric from Pets-a-plenty. They are another group of people who know way too much about critters. You show them a lizard and theyll tell you what its thinking. They treat the whole family not just your pet. In this case we have a pack of 4 dogs, 1 tarantula, and 1 albino leopard geko. He treats us all as a unit and individually.

I took my dog in to find out why she was having a hard time urinating and passing blood. I thought it mightve been a bladder infection but Dr. White knew right away what it could of been....a bladder stone! He did an x-ray and confirmed it. My baby was gonna have to get surgery and I was terrified of her getting any type of surgery at her age. He assured me that hes done this type of surgery plenty of times. She got the surgery and came out fine and within 2 days, I could tell she seemed so relieved to be able to pee again. The price for everything was reasonable and the care my baby received from the staff was great! Id recommend this clinic to others! Thanks Dr. White & staff!

I give Dr. White 5 stars. He is very knowledgable and helpful and genuinely cares about you and your pet. His staff recieve no stars. I was given a medication (which I had to call in twice for to get sent to a pharm) for a reptile that was sick, and within 2 weeks, it was obvious that it was not working and my pets condition was declining. I called the vet office and asked for an alternative treatment and to see what they had to say. I was told I would be called back by a tech. TWO WEEKS later I get a call back asking about the state of my pet and to discuss further testing. I had to euthanize my pet a couple of days ago, and this call was just another stab in the heart.

Dr. White is a very kind and good doctor. He takes time to explain and does not push to spend more than it is necessary. The only reason I could not give all stars was because I was disappointed with the wait time, but that was not what made me take away the stars. While in the room with Dr. White, we were prompted by one of his staff twice regarding some other case. I dont consider such a gesture as very professional. Checking out was delayed as well, to the point that I went and waited in my car, as I was worried leaving my dog in a hot car. I am sure they were busy but I am sure they have the potential to make it better.

The techs, the receptionists and Dr. White are all so wonderful. I brought my 7 month old kitten in for tests in January to see why he was having constant bowel problems. The Vet was very kind and considerate and explained everything to me very well. Unfortunantely we had to put my kitten to sleep on 2/29. The entire staff was very kind to my boyfriend and I and were very helpful through the entire process. The vet went through all of our options and was very straight-forward. If you are looking for a vet who is going to truly care for your pet and not just take your money, this is the place to go.

I recently went here for the first time, with my chameleon. Dr. White is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to reptiles. They didnt have any appointments so I was able to drop him off and pick him back up. When I picked him up the Doctor spent a lot of time sharing tips and information with me about chameleons. Its very obvious that this office really cares about animals, I highly recommend them and I will continue to make the drive, even though there are a dozen clinics between where I live and this office. Great vet, but I especially recommend if you have a reptile.

Dr. White is a local Houstonian and an excellent Texss A&M trained Veterinarian. My family has been using their services for over 30 years. Dr. White treats exotics as well as the more common domestic pets including cats, dogs, rabbits, lizards, birds and many others. Be sure to check out all the pictures of their patients, past & present. Last year they were able to obtain more space for their practice and quadrupled it in size. They are full service offering: Grooming Services, Boarding, Microchip embedding for pet ID & security and much more.

I have been here twice for my cat and both times have been more informative and gratifying than I can imagine. From the staff up front, to the assistants, to the wonderful Dr. White. I felt taken care of and I felt like each individual actually cared about my cat and my experience. Dr. White is incredibly genuine, straight forward, intelligent, compassionate, sweet, and helpful. I wish this man could be MY doctor! I will never go anywhere else again for any pet.

I take my older cat here. Anywhere else Ive taken her has been terrible, but I always feel safe with my pet coming here. Dr. White is an amazing vet and person. His vet assistants are very friendly and professional too. I will say. Nancy who works at the front desk is unfriendly and off putting. I was nervous about a sedation and she was snide about my questions. Other than that Love coming here. Even recommended to a friend for his two dogs.

Ive been to a lot of different vets with a lot of different animals, but none have made me feel as comfortable entrusting them with my beloved pets as Dr. White. The customer service is great. The staff is caring and helpful. Dr. White seems to be the most knowledgeable vet Ive ever met. You truly get a sense that they care about your pets as much as you do. Id recommend this clinic to anyone.
