ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! WOULD NEVER IN A 1000 YEARS GO BACK EVEN IF THEY PAY ME! So I scheduled my appointment for 11:30 am since the receptionist said that they opened until 11 am and that the first appointment was already scheduled.....I arrive 15 minutes before and the office was still closed.The receptionist open exactly at 11:30 am...No good morning how can I help you at all...the only thing she said was "Do you have an appointment because the DR. wont see you if you dont"...so I said yes....she took me in to a small room for some basic test then she asked me to wait for the doctor...the Dr. came in and didnt even say good morning either...guess they are not""morning..well almost afternoon people..." any how....he didnt ask me anything....she just told me to read the letters and you know normal stuff...if I tell you that he spend more then 5 minutes doing the eye test on me I would be lying......Long story short I when in for a contact prescription and since the test came with a "free" pair of contacts I asked the receptionist how long does it usually take for the contacts to arrive...she said about 2 weeks at the latest....two weeks past and i had not heard back from them so I called to see if they had arrived....tell me why she tells me that its going to take ANOTHER 2 WEEKS!!!! I was so upset that I told her to just cancel the order and give me my money back....she explained that she couldnt give me the money back because the DR, did the contact exam already ( yeah a less then 5 minute exam!!!!) she actually dared to tell me that i had paid $110 dollars for 5 minute eye exam and that that was why the Dr. when to school so he could charge $100 for 5 minutes of his time!!!! Any ways I was out $110 dollars...so even if i was furious with that "LADY" i decided to just wait for the contacts that I had already paid for......the contacts came back almost 2 1/2 weeks later(on a Friday afternoon)...I when in and got them as soon as they called me....I arrived and put them on in the clinic....and notice that i was seeing really blurry....I told the receptionist and she said that that was normal, that i was just feeling weird because i was use to contacts...she told me to take them and ware them over the weekend and that by Monday everything should be crystal clear....WRONG AGAIN!! I called her on Monday morning to let her know that i was still seeing really really blurry with the contacts...she made me an appointment for the next day in the afternoon....I when in and turns out the DR. gave me the wrong prescription.....and I had to wait another "2 weeks" for my new contacts... 2 weeks that have turned in to more the 1 1/2/ months....all together i been waiting for my contacts to arrive for over 3 MONTHS!!!! THIS TO ME IS UNACCEPTABLE ...WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD ALLOW HIS PATIENT TO WAIT 3 MONTHS TO GET THEIR CONTACTS ?! Thank GOD I HAVE MY GLASSES IF NOT I WOULD BE BLIND AS A VAT....HORRIBLE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, LAZY( YOU HAVE TO CALL AT LEAST 3 OR 4 TIMES BEFORE THEY ANSWER YOU) AND ITS BEEN THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER BEEN TO....

For the first time ever I have 20/20 vision wearing my glasses. I have my eyes check every year because of diabetes that is how i know. Also i did not have to debate (glasses or food).
