Expect a wait time of 45-60 minutes. Ive had two appointments with this location. A couple years ago when I had an hour wait time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought they were having a bad day. However, when my wait time crepe up to 45 minutes today, I asked what was going on. The reception (who called earlier in the day to confirm my appointment) could not tell me. The doctor was running behind is the only explanation I received. As a courtesy to customers, you would think that they would let you know that prior to letting you sit there for 45 minutes. I would not recommend this place unless you have plenty of time to sit around.

Dr. Lopez is wonderful. I have been coming to him for the last 7 years. I moved away from Houston and still make a trip back once a year to see him. He is very personable and such a mind man. Ms. Joyce is wonderful and very helpful and knowledge about the styles that best fit your face. However, the rest of the of the office staff are rude and incompetent. Their lack of professionalism detracts from the overall office atmosphere.

I received excellent service at the Meyer land TSO Dr. Ring answered all my concerns, very knowledgeable and very hilarious, Optician Michelle took time to show me different frames very patient. Great job LOVED the service. My experience last year with TSO Memorial can be described in one word NIGHTMARE.

OMG!! Dr Lopez was everything. Hes very neat..kind..and patient. 9/17/16 was my first visit with him. We laughed and talked and he was very nice. Would definitely stay with Tso as long as hes there. Also this location has a very wide selection of name brand reasonable frames. Thanks again

Dr. Allan Ring is the best. He is warm, caring, and funny. Alice at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The Hispanic eyeglass technician that helped me when I picked up my new glasses was not very warm and friendly. Not rude, but more of a standoffish attitude.

Good doctors but frames are crazy expensive. Get your prescription and go elsewhere for glasses.
