What an awesome group of people at Pilot Knob Animal Hospital! We have been with this practice for 30 years and we have had nothing but excellent, compassionate care for all of our fur children. We currently have 10 cats and 3 dogs, so our need for excellent care occurs quite often. From illnesses to regular check ups, to emergency surgeries, the care has been without exception excellent! I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who has a fur child in their life!

I love my cat like he is my child. This vet clinic and all the staff are the nicest, most compassionate people! They answer all my questions, the actual vets call me back whenever I call, and they just all have such a great, calming presence. My cats been sick lately and Id have been lost without Dr. Yip and Dr. Hanley. Dont even get me started on the vet techs and receptionist.........awesome women. Thanks against for being so kind to me and Duck.

I was referred to this vet office by my friend/neighbor. When my dog had her seizure, they were able to make room for us the very next morning, even though we were new clients. I really appreciated that. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and when it came to explaining things about my dogs condition, they were very thorough. I was nervous about switching vets because wed been going to our former vet for years. But now Im so glad I did!

Excellent- the staff and Dr. Yip are very personable and care about our cat. They answer our questions patiently and give suggestions in a very professional way. The vets are so kind and we have been coming to Pilot Knob Hospital for many years and have experienced consistently good service. They give us choices for treatment when they are available and follow up with calls to see how our cat is doing after surgery, etc.

Dr. Yip and the entire staff have been so helpful for me. We recently had to say goodbye to our dog, Benji of almost 13 years. Everyone in the office was so kind and understanding. They made sure evryrhing went smoothly. They were so good with answering questions and alowing me to hold Benji. All were very respectful. We switched to Pilot Knob Animal Hospital after not being happy with our previous vet, and we are so glad we did! They are friendly, caring, and feel like a hometown kind of atmosphere, while still maintaining the perfect amount of professionalism. We have never felt pressured to have any tests or treatment done. Definitely recommend this wonderful group of pet caregivers!

There are lots of OK vets around but these two vets here are running a solid shop, give excellent care, they and their entire staff honestly care about the animals. We are moving all of our animal accounts over to them. Their shop is on the smaller side which keeps the care very personal and costs down too.

We have used Pilot Knob Animal Hospital for the past 25 years. They are always so kind and caring and take the time to understand the needs of our pets. We did try another vet after we moved but decided the extra drive was worth staying with this clinic. The vets and staff are the best!

Great office! They are always great with both my dogs even with my older dog being incredibly afraid of the Vet. They were so gentle with her and we were actually able to draw blood and do her vaccinations without her getting overly stressed or upset. Both of our pups love going there!

Doctor Peck is the kindest vet I have ever met! He was so gentle and kind with my cat and took the time to talk to me about everything. I also liked that he didnt try to guilt trip me into purchasing other procedures or services. Dr. Peck is the my new vet and I couldnt be happier! :)

Everyone is always very responsive. They know who I am and who my pets are when I call. Their hours of operation are wider than most which helps for someone in a single kitty parent household who works a lot. Their clinic kitties are very friendly and greet me when I come in.
