WARNING!!! Do not go to this facility if at all possible! I cant believe what AAhorrible experience I had at this LabCorp. I made an appointment online for 10 oclock arrived at 8:40 to see if I could get in sooner. Checked in at the front desk and was told to go sit down and wait. 10 oclock came and went finally at 10:25 I went to the front desk and asked what the situation was clerk said "oh your next" and she then asked for my insurance card. She glanced at it and then tells me they dont except my BC/BS insurance. I couldnt believe it I just waited two hours only to be told they dont except my insurance! During that two hours I witnessed staff rudely dealing and not dealing with patients. Incoming walk-ins were told they would not have to wait long but obviously that was not the case. After being told they wouldnt take my insurance I called my insurance company carrier and they said yes they do cover LabCorp. My carrier tried to call the facility and was hung up on twice. The carrier told be they would initiate an investigation and file a complaint.

Very unprofessional, disorganized, and dirty. During blood draw I was handed a glass vile to squeeze, instead of a traditional rubber or plastic object made for this. I had an appointment and I was finally attended after I complained, 50 minutes late. They could not find my paperwork, that I handed to them during check in. One of the draw chairs was broken and could not be used, making waits even longer. The staff was rude and did not value their customers and appeared not happy to be working. Most in the waiting area were complaining to each other about the wait and staff confusion. Appointments are not respected, they are totally disorganized. One has to question the accuracy of your blood being correctly labeled and the lab who may do the analyses. If you are there for critical testing, you might want to go somewhere else.

The woman who helped me was very sweet and handled patients with care and was professional. Mark Kelly, who was the only other person I saw working there was rude and treated every patient he spoke to with an attitude. I had an appointment but still waiting a half hour after my appointment time. That didnt bother me as the waiting room was completely full. As I sat and watched the way Mark was acting with patients, it came as a great relief when the woman was the one to call me back. This location seems to need more staff, but my doctor had my testing back in less than 24 hours, so I was happy about that. The best advice is to go online and make an appointment.. youll still have to wait but much less than the walk ins that had been there for 3 hours still waiting.

The place got so bad ! The attitude the staff has is so unprofessional. Specially Mark Kelly, the guys had the worst attitude towards clients, very rude. When I try to ask him a question he told just sit down and wait , so unprofessional. This will be the last time I be going to this location. They always under staffed. But Mark if you dont like your job or having a bad day its not fair to treat clients this way , not only me had this issue with him, that morning he was so rude to all the people in the waiting room , very disrespectful!!! I been a customer of labcorp for a long time I guess its time to find a different lab to go. Will notify my doctors to !!

Slow and Unorganized. Waited an hour and had to leave because they could not tell me how much longer it was going to be. But considering I only saw them take care of 8 patients in that hour, I knew it would be at least another hour. A wait like that for simple lab work, thats inexcusable! They had two people working there and from what I could tell the guy spent more time at the front desk than actually helping patients. From now on I will goto the Diagnostic Clinic every time. I have never waited more than 5 mins there.

This labcorp is by far one of the best I have ever been too. When people were being taken back before me the friendly staff explained that they offer other services besides blood draws. When they called people for their appointments they made sure to explain the difference between appointments and walk ins. Some of the patients were very rude and the staff handled them with ease. People expect Labcorp to work on their time but thats not how life works. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Still sitting here after 75 minutes of signing in. Multiple people seen before me. I tried to set an appointment but the automated system could not spell my name correctly. This place is a joke. No soap. No customer service and this will be the LAST time I ever come to LabCorp. This is truly a waste of time. There is no sign saying there will be an extensive wait and Im afraid to say something as I dont want to wait any longer. There should be an estimated wait time people should see. This is crazy!!!!

Id like to commend the young lady who was running the line by herself on Friday. I was patient and waited hardly at all as I watched her bust her butt checking patients, running their lab tests, and seeing them out. she did this all on her own and with a positive attitude! mind you this was my 4th appointment of the day and I was already fed up with what I call Lazy office staff, well this was a relief. thank you young lady for doing such a good job you deserve a raise!!!

Discourteous and Rude service. Male Nurse only spoke in minimum words like a Gorilla and refused to answer questions or be helpful, and screwed up the test. Very Bullying - shoulld Not be wokring here - should be working at a prison ... Forced me to go home and reschedule a second test. Second visit they purposely forced me to Wait in the lobby for more than 1 Hour - watched 8 other people go in Before me -including 4 people arriving and signing in AFTER I arrived.

What is the point in scheduling an appointment and showing up 5 minutes early if you end up having to wait 45 minutes to get blood drawn? Staff was friendly, but that didnt change the fact that I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for something that I scheduled. I have been to other Labcorp locations and I know this is not a typical experience. If you live close by like I do, do yourself a favor and drive further to another location to wait less.

Estuve 3 horas en este lab, y todo el que entraba con cita lógico va primero pero no atienden los walking atendencia mala y super lento fue mi primera vez en este cirio y la última.no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Waited well over an hour. The people doing the blood and urine collections are the same people who check you in at the front desk. Ive never seen a patient serving medical facility run this way. Come on LabCorp, pay for some help! If this was a doctors office, the doctors would be checking you in at the front and collecting your copays. Since one person can in reality only do one job at any given time, this dramatically slows things down.
