Very hard working staff! But management really needs to listen to their hard working staff when they say they could use part time help. Cause when it gets busy, it gets overwhelmingly busy. When you come in to get fasting labs and your a diabetic or to get a urine collected and your about to bust in pain, its not the one person who is working like crazy who accommodate a room full of patients fault. Thats a management problem! Staff accordingly...and shame on you! Its not fair to the patients and not fair to the hardworking staff member! They deserve a medal and recognition for all they do and tongue lashing they get from a room full of irrate patients, because of poor planning and staffing!
