QUEEN VILLAGE ANIMAL HOSPITAL IS CLOSE BY, AND MUCH MORE RELIABLE. No complaints about the actual Veterinarians here, but since the administrative staff does not do their job, it simply not worth going here. IF YOU ARE A BUSY PERSON, AND VALUE YOUR TIME - DO NOT GO HERE One example: I had an appointment scheduled on the day of a snow storm. I trekked out there in the snow with my sick dog only to find a sign on the door telling us to go home. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND INCONSIDERATE. Nobody ever called me to cancel, and when I called them, they minimized the error, shifted blame, and made no attempt to rectify the situation. PET MECHANIC IS ONE OF THE WORST RUN BUSINESSES IN PHILADELPHIA
