Dr. Marks is an excellent veterinarian. Everything you would want in a physician (for people and/or animals) is clearly on display when you have an appointment with your pet at the Southpaw Animal Hospital. Dr Marks is a remarkable diagnostician and knowledgeable and compassionate professional. Her staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. They actually answer the phone when you call for advice or appointments. Very rarely do you get an answering machine and if you do they return your call in a timely fashion. When your pet has been sick or required a surgical procedure Dr Marks office calls your home to follow up and make sure your pet is recovering as expected. Also has generous office hours and can be reached well in to the evening. The surroundings are clean and pleasant. You will not regret putting your pet in Dr. Marks care.

Dr. Marks and the staff at South Paw Animal Hospital have been great. Our cat had several teeth pulled at a different animal hospital, due to a gum disease that he had when we found him. Unfortunately, the disease progressed, and he needed to have more teeth pulled. His first experience was rather traumatic for him, and we were not looking forward to the second surgery. However, this surgery and recovery went much more smoothly, and he is already getting back to his feisty self. We are so happy with his treatment and with the way everyone in this office goes above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. We have moved around a few times, and finding a new veterinarian for our pets is always stressful. I am so glad that we found South Paw. Well definitely be back with our other pets.

I am in from out of town and went here because my dog had developed a bad rash and I was really worried about him. This place was GREAT!! We had Terri Marks as our doctor and Allison Aguado as her assistant, but everyone there seemed nice. They were very friendly and professional, and really knew their stuff. My dog is a 10lb little grouch, and at our home vet he needs to be put in a muzzle for temperature taking, etc. They were so gentile and calming with him that he didnt need a muzzle and didnt even try to bite them. I called at 8am and they worked to squeeze me in for a 9:20am appointment, which was amazing. Also their pricing was very reasonable. I really cant say enough good things about this place. I would make it my normal vet if we didnt live 3 hours away.

Dr. Terri Marks and the staff at South Paw Animal Hospital are knowledgeable, compassionate, and really treat their clients like family. Whether its a routine check-up, an upset tummy, or surgery, Dr. Marks treats it all. She genuinely cares about her patients. When my border collie, Flynn, injured his paw after hours I knew I couldnt wait until the next day to see the vet. One phone call to Dr. Marks and Flynn and I were meeting her at the office to get him fixed-up. Dr. Marks is one-of-a-kind and the local pet community is incredibly lucky to have her. When my pets are sick, theres no one Id trust more with making them feel better. I highly recommend South Paw Animal Hospital.

this was my first time there. We just relocated from Colorado, so it was a bit stressful for my dogs as well as myself!! From the movement I walked in everyone was friendly, helpful, Andrew was very welcoming, Dawn was not only friendly to me, but very patient and calm with the dogs, which helped us all relax. Dr Terri was wonderful, patient with my little dog when she was nervous, explained everything so that I was able to understand, worked within my budget!! It was the best experience I have ever had at the vet not just for my fur babies, but also for myself!!!!!!!

Its hard for me to review Dr. Terri Marks and all the fantastic staff at South Paw Animal Hospital because I feel like they are a part of my family. They have been giving care and watching over the dogs and cat for so many years. I never feel unsure that my darlings arent getting the most up-to-date medical care, with an extra effort to make sure we are well informed of what they are doing. I board the animals at South Paw and know they are with people who care for and about them. And my hubbie wants me to add: Terri is a great vet and a Steeler fan. Thanks guys

This is truly an incredible place. They utilize some of the leading technology within the Veterinary field and maintain a clean and safe environment. This is truly one of the best places to bring your animal. I own a small pug who has had many issues with skin conditions and eye irritations. The laser treatments that he receives at South paw are quick, painless and effective. It truly has been a life saver when it comes to my little dogs health and i would recommend this company to everyone who cares a bout their animal.

We just returned from boarding the dog at SouthPaw. Our initial visit was about 12 years ago while looking to board the dog, and we met Genna, and then Lindsey and immediately made my decision. They are kind caring compassionate and so dedicated. As we have visited through the years all of the staff have been great. Dr. Marks has built a great practice. Lastly, we cant forget Miss Nancy who left a love note our very first time in our dogs bag. True love for our animals. Thank you all

We are new to the area & couldnt be happier that we found South Paw. The doctor & her staff are gentle and caring. They are top notch medically. My elderly dog could not walk. With their treatment she is taking steps. My younger dog has chronic GI problems. The doctors treatment is giving him relief. We havent had any luck with his problem before this treatment. I recommend Dr Marks & South Paw without reservation.

This is the best animal hospital that Ive ever been to. We have six dogs and have been with South Paw for many years. I always know that I will get the best treatment for our doggies. Dr. Terri Marks is the best and the staff is always so nice. They really care about their patients and it shows. Their new laser therapy is also great. While on vacation my Bichon Tiffany became sick, I found Dr. Marks in the phone book. She was very friendly and knowledgeable . years later while on vacation Tiffany needed fluids and they were once again very accomadating. I was grateful that Dr. Marks was able to see her and treat her and make her feel better. I would highly recommend this Vetrinarian .

South Paw has always taken care of our 2 cats - now 1. They are very professional and caring. Once we had to board a cat for medical reasons while we went on vacation. Many phone calls to keep up with her care. Finally she had to be put down due to the medical condition. I appreciated South Paws care during this sad time.
