Horrible horrible place to go! Very rude, when I called because my pup pulled a muscle in his leg and was crying in pain, there response was well we are going to lunch so you will have to come after 1, they didnt offer to see him before that until I asked for another vets office number who would see him right away. They then charged my card 300 dollars before I even had my dog in the office, when the bill only came to 132 they also wanted to give me a hard time about refunding the remaing balance to my card and wanted me to keep the credit on my account. I will never bring one of my animals there again, they were rude, and not sincere.

People dont like to take their pets to the vets because of exorbitant costs, and this place doesnt help things any. Last visit they tacked on an extra $90 for a lab test because my dog is "old." Doubled the cost of my visit. No consent, no warning. Unfortunately over time I learned this seems to be a regular practice for them. If you do go there plan to pay double what they advise the cost will be. On the plus side the place is clean, staff is friendly and I have been able to reach a doctor after hours with little problem.

Horrible "customer" service. They claim to care about the animals. Called today to have my horse seen for being lethargic and they - specifically Chris the "Practice Manager" denied services saying that we did not pay on time. They did not present a bill at time of service - so how do I pay an invoice that isnt presented. How can you be a vet and deny an animal services? I am so disgusted and would never recommend this service to anyone. But they were very happy to accept the tips they were given at the time of service.
