I was in Ogdensburg over the weekend visiting family and my 7 month old miniature pinscher got hurt. I called Town & Country in Ogdensburg, they werent able to fit me in (it was 3pm on a Saturday) but they gave me the option of bringing him to the Potsdam location. They told me if I left right then that they would see me as soon as I got there. Sure enough, we walked in and saw Dr. Claffey right away. From the great customer service over the phone, to the very friendly Receptionist and the most helpful Dr. Claffey - I give Town & Country 5 stars and thank them for their incredible services last minute!!

We had a emergency on 4/30/17,and we were seen within a few hrs and I was very impressed..Our Maggie seems to be better,its a slow process and we are praying she gets better.....and we have faith she will be fine,Thank you for helping us........Daniel Claffey D V M and staff...
