This is a veterinary office that truly cares about pets. I had been taking my pets and spent much money on spays/neuters of neighborhood strays at All About Money in Middletown. However, upon one occasion where I had been unemployed and in between jobs, I brought in injured kitten to them that a little girl in my neighborhood had brought to me (crying) and they would not even look at her and actually treated me like a vagrant. I cannot tell you how many spays/neuters business I had taken to them on top of having a stray put down for approx. $300 after testing for FIV and Felv. When I asked if there were grants for her to be treated, they gave me a Care Credit form (not a grant form). Unfortunately, I had already spent $1000 plus $500 on the Care Credit to treat my own cat a few months before for a blockage. I had also used the remaining balance on my Care Credit to spay and neuter two strays just the week before with All About Money. Then, they mentioned the SPCA and that the kitten could be euthanized and without even looking at this little girls kitten. Finally, after asking again (repetitively) they finally gave me a sheet of paper with organizations that could help and told me to go home and apply. NO HELP, just go home and apply. They wanted me out of their office quickly, as well. While another person brought a stray in and they had the money for the office visit and they were immediately admitted, of course. Animals are obviously not high on their list but, $$$ are. Then, I began to call other vets in town and called a vet who was wonderful, as well. They also referred me to Blueball Veterinary Clinic for any further advice on grants and their referral, etc. Blueball Veterinary Clinic provided me with so much information to help this kitten. They were so very compassionate. They were so detailed and took their time with me. They even worked hand and hand with another local vet to accomplish this. This is an office who cares about animals and not simply $$$. I understand they cannot stay in business by providing free services and as you can see I pay for not only my own pets but, strays as well, under normal circumstances. Just a point in the right direction with care and offering whatever they can to help you take care of the kitten at home was wonderful between these two vets that worked together with each other to accomplish this. You have 5 stars with me and definitely my vote! The kitten is recouping and doing quite well with your help. The little girl has been coming over every day to see her little kitten. What a difference you made in a needy kittens and little girls life! Kudos to you, Blueball Veterinary Clinic! I will try to see that your contributions, as well as, the other vet who also helped are noted with everyone I meet. You both have my regard and are recommended highly.

I highly recommend Blueball Veterinary Clinic in Middletown. Dr. Cook & the Staff are wonderful ! Their main priority was our pet not the bill. Which was so comforting as I have been taking my pets to local vets for the last 20 yrs and they treated us and our Ms. Kitty just about better than anyone else we had been to. We had to take our 18 yr old Ms. Kitty there for a respiratory infection and had been there about 2 weeks prior for another health concern & they waived the office visit for the respiratory infection and only charged us for the medicine. This helped us out so much as we are on a budget. I will continue to take all of my pets there. Love it there ! :)

At any given time, I always have at least 2 cats, and often have as many as 5 or 6. I have been taking all of them to Dr. Marien and her staff for over 20 years. Very caring to their patients and to their owners. Highly recommend. I live in West Chester, and there are plenty of vets closer, but I continue to drive to Middletown because of the care my creatures recieve at Blueball Vet Clinic.

After trying EVERY vet in Middletown, the only two that we ever take our pets to are Blueball and Western Hills. Blueball Vets prices are very fair, and the staff is excellent. The vets really care about your pets and our animals dont even mind going! I highly recommend them.
