This is an AWFUL place. My cat has been sick for over a month. We took her in on a Sunday as an emergency room visit. The Dr didnt take her temp look at her gums or her ears he literally just felt her stomach and said she had a bladder infection. Sent us home with an eye dropper of meds. I asked the girl at the counter if we could do a different med because my cat doesnt like to be held down. Said said idk. 2 weeks later after that didnt make her better we went back in hopes to get differ meds. Nope they jumped straight to x ray and blood work. That day they found out how aggressive my cat is due to the fact they tranquilized her. The results came back with no answers. They then asked us to do an ultra sound to check for cancer. Again another tranquilizer. That result came back negative as well. In the end we were given a different antibiotics (that I asked for on our first visit) and here we are 3 weeks after the last antibiotics and still no relief. Ive since called our normal vet who is offering to do a urinalysis which in my opinion should have been the first thing that was done but nope all this place is after is money. Neither one of my cats will ever be back to this Awful place. We are now out if over 2000 dollars and still have a sick cat!!!!!

Dr. Beall is a lifesaver - literally. My Dad has severe dementia and could no longer care for his cat, Katie. Unfortunately, he thought he could. Last Sunday, a window of opportunity came up and he allowed me to take the cat. Being Sunday, there was no place to take her and with a very large dog at home, taking her home was not an option. We didnt want to call the emergency number since it really wasnt an "emergency" so we tried several places and most would not take her or they wanted to charge us $250 for 1 day. We decided to try the urgent care number for Dr. Beall and he offered to meet us at the clinic and board her until we could find a home for her. Had he not been willing to do that on a Sunday, we would have had to take her to a shelter and at her age, the outcome wouldnt be good. Weve been long-time clients of Springboro Veterinary and I would NEVER go anywhere else. Dr. Beal, Patty, and everyone else in the office are just wonderful. Its very apparent they really care about the pets (and people) that come in. Katie has a new home now and thanks to Dr. Beall, she should live a long, happy life.

I have finally found a caring, knowledgeable,and trusted vet for my 3 cats and beagle. Dr. Beall is AWESOME! ALL the staff have been GREAT and KIND every time we have been there. Will not be going anywhere else, we are so happy we called SVH. They TRULY care about you AND your pets. They do not overcharge you or ask for all kinds of different tests and shots just to get money. Dr. Beall is on point and tells it like it is and explains what needs to be done. No guessing, just tons of experience and knows his stuff. Thank you Sir, for your kindness and help to me, my kids, my pets. I truly appreciate you. Thanks so much to ALL the staff for ALL the help, kindness, and for the popcorn! My daughter loves it! :) This is a place you will tell everyone about. Its that AWESOME! Keep up the good work you do for all of us people and patients and for pets all over. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, Nicole, kids, Chowder, Tinkerbell, PJ and Abby Happy holidays! Amazing place! We have been looking for a new vet to take our dogs to and we figured we would give this place a try. We took our male in yesterday to update him on his vaccines and wellness exam and take care of the huge hotspot on the side of his face. The team there was very friendly and got us through the visit fairly quickly all while assessing our needs and answering our many questions. Dr. Beall was very understanding of our dogs nervousness and treated him with patience. Tonight we ended having to bring him back in due to him slicing his tongue on something. Dr Beall was there a little bit after us, took one look at it and gave us options on how to deal with it. He was even very sympathetic towards him. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes! Plus the vet tech there was super friendly and tried to clean up some of the blood spots all over his fur! Definitely plan on continuing to get our dogs cared for here!

The doctor was WONDERFUL with my husband and I when we put down our cat last week. We didnt have a regular vet, so I just searched online and found them and I am so glad that I went there! First of all, they graciously offer your first visit/exam free but most importantly, they were kind to both my cat and my husband and myself from start to finish. I was devastated when the doctor gave me the results of the tests but I had additional, special concerns on my mind. I talked them out with the doctor and he just really was so compassionate and really helped us that day. He was also straightforward in letting us know what he thought might be best for our cat, but was kind with his knowledge. He let us see him after he had been given the sedative and was kind about not rushing us although I knew he was busy and I was trying to hurry. The vet techs were amazing as well! I will continue to use this place as my vet!

Love, love, love this place. Dr.Beall and his staff are wonderful. I havent had a dog in many years but took ownership of one of my patients dogs who passed away. I took him to his old vet bc I figured they were familiar with him since he had been going there forever, boy was I wrong. My dog has some very serious dental problems, the old vet didnt show me or anything. Not to mention we were attacked my another dog while being at the vet but that is a whole other story. Dr.Beall showed me his teeth and explained everything throughly. I couldnt have been more happier with him. His staff were very friendly and took the time to gain my dogs trust without just yanking him out of my hands like the old vet. I scheduled dental surgery and cant wait to get my little guy back on his paws again. I highly recommend this place. A+++

We have taken our 10 month old German Shepherd Chloe to Dr. Beall since she was 10 weeks old. They have the most friendliest staff and all of them working there have always treated Chloe like she was their own pet plus she loves to go there because she knows she gets some peanut butter too. We have had emergencies with her and they have told us to bring her right in. I will never take our dog to anyone else and will tell everyone I know to take their member of their family there always if they want good quality care and love for their pet. Thank you Springboro Veterinary Hospital for all you do for our baby Chloe.
