STOLEN IDENTITY- I visited this office in middle December for a quick blood test. The paperwork required my social security number which was used the next day to steal my identity. Do NOT visit this facility if you can avoid it and for sure DO NOT give them your social. I am 100% positive it was taken by the employee working that day. The police were notified & a report has been filed. If you are a victim of identity theft from this facility send me an email and I will connect you to the officer.

Do not use this location. To begin employment with a transportation company I was required to do a pre-employment drug screening. After completion of drug screening I was told the results will be available to my new employer in 2 to 5 days. Well they lost the samples and I missed my class date to begin work. The next class was five weeks later. I am unemployed for five weeks because of this locations mismanagement of my drug screening results.

Hard to find parking entrance, plus one way traffic in downtown so any wrong turn can cost time. Then have to navigate through Emory hospital to find quest diagnostics. If you want a challenge and have time and money to waste then go here. It is better to chose another quest location $5 parking fee

What an awful company. They are criminal price gougers. If youre an insurance company they will charge you nickels. If youre a private individual get ready for 9-10x the big guys rate. Make sure you tell your doctor to NEVER use quest diagnostic.

They were very efficient and clear. I arrived 25 minutes early to an appointment for a drug test, and I didnt have to wait until the appointment time. They saw me as soon as I checked in and I was in and out within 15 minutes.
