Called in advance to make sure I had everything I needed to get my doctor ordered blood drawn. When I got there I was told very rudely that they would not help me if I did not have my insurance card even when I had my doctors paper (that I was told it was all I needed) and insurance card number that I called for in advance so that they could have it. Wouldnt let me fax it, have it emailed or anything. Just had to come out again with card in hand or no service. Will not be going back to this one. Uninformative Rude Unhelpful Waste of my time

Ive gone to this office many times. Never had a bad experience. Always had pleasant lab workers, receptionists, and low waiting times. And I have a brain disease called Moyamoya. So even when this disease has me a bit confused, the lab people never seem bothered or rude. They help me, and are patient.

Very inconvenient hours. If going for a drug screen. Be ready! you only have a 4 minute window to pee. Nurse knocks on door times up. Nurse very rude! Hope that I never have to use there services!!!!
