On the recommendation of a relative I traveled to Lancaster to see Dr. Jill Eagles at Smilebuilderz. I am a retired physician who worked in a building loaded with dentists so I believe I know a bit about quality dental care. Dr. Eagles and her entire staff were outstanding! From the moment I entered her office I was treated with kindness by highly professional and knowledgeable front desk people, office managers, and hygienists. I had the most thorough dental exam in my entire life. My hygienist, Michelle, was gentle and very thorough. I had been suffering from gingivitis related to a recent crown. Dr. Eagles discovered a bit of cement that had been left beneath my gums. As I write this three days after my visit, the gingivitis has resolved. My previous dentist had recommended a treatment plan costing thousands of dollars. Dr. Eagles informed me I was in no need of any dental care and my treatment plan consisted of brushing and flossing and return in one year. I am a great believer that attitude filters down and from Dr. Eagles on down, Smilebuilderz treats patients with kindness, respect and professionalism. I highly recommend Smilebuilderz for all of your dental needs for both you and your family.

The good reviews must be fake because theres no way... I came here for the urgent dental care after my son tooth got knocked out at school. For one the "urgent" on their building is there for decoration. After waiting about an our and finally being seen the "doctor" did a poor job. My 4 year old son told the dentist he was in pain and he had one tooth already knocked out and one was loose from falling on the ground. the assistant just came and poorly gave him numbing gel in his mouth not focusing on the area where it actually hurts and the dentist asked if he could abstract the other tooth out which I said was fine. The dentist wiggling the tooth out my son is grabbing his hand and complaining that hurts but the dentist continue on to do so...my understanding is anytime your at a doctor or a dentist you should never be experiencing pain during any procedure big or small so him ignoring that is insane. So then after he finally got the tooth out. He takes a gauze and put it in his mouth and thats it...no rinsing the blood...didnt prescribe any pain reliever for the pain..nothing..that was the absolute worst medical care I have ever experienced in my life...DO NOT COME HERE. NOT REAL DOCTORS

I am TERRIFIED of the dentist. I have not had many good experiences with them. So when a large chunk of my bottom molar came out I was beyond hysterics. I looked in the mirror at where the piece of tooth had fallen out and all I saw was a large black hole. I knew we were talking more than just a filling. So I went to Smilebuilderz because I knew I had to have it taken care of. I was scared but Dr. Williams assured me that there would be no pain and she and her assistants would take very good care of me. And they did!!! They talked me through every single thing they did. They showed me the x-rays, talked me though pain management and prepared me for my very first root canal. I have not had it yet, but thanks to Dr. Williams and her staff, I am not near as scared as I was. I was so impressed I switched dentists on the spot and cant wait to take my children to their pediatric dentist. I would highly recommend their services. They are prompt, kind, understanding and they are wonderful with talking you through your bill and payment options as well. Thank you all so much!!

This place is awesome. I have had a very bad fear of the dentist since I was little. Would start freaking out as soon as I got in the parking lot of the place. As a result, my mouth has gone downhill. Today I went in because I had some swelling in my face and lots of pain in my tooth. I was fine until I got called to the back. As soon as I saw that dental chair, it was on. I started crying and shaking. Felt like a complete idiot but after I explained my fear of dentist to the dental assistant Sakara (spelling) she assured me everything would be ok. She even put on the massager thats on the dental chair to make me more at ease. She was so kind and compassionate and told me everything she was going to do. The doctor was also great. Dr. Takacks. He explained to me what my options were and told me they would work with me on whatever I needed. I can not say enough about this place. Needless to say, I am now not afraid of going to the dentist and cant wait until my next appointment.

I have disliked dentists since I was a little kid. I needed braces when I was young among other dental procedures. In addition to this I served 10 years in the military and was shipped off to see dentists all over. Recently, I had a toothache and was almost certain I needed a root canal on my tooth. This is when I met Dr. DeLisa Williams at the Smilebuilderz in Lancaster, PA. Not only did Dr. Williams help me feel more at ease, but she also listened to the problems I was having with payment and other cavities I knew I would need filled. Her staff was also very helpful in figuring out what payment plan would work best for my messy teeth. They are all so very wonderful and helpful. I was very scared of dentists before this, but now I am not. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams and the staff at Smilebuilderz to anyone who might have the same fear or dentists. Thank you again for all the help in fixing my teeth.

I have never made a google review before but for smilebuilderz I had to.I started going there March of this year because after giving birth to my first daughter I aquired 18 cavaties, 2 of which needed root canals. The root canal was a little expensive but sooo worth it.They take such good care of me.I see Dr.Tactus and he is great.I have a small mouth and im very sensitive.Hes always patient and makes sure Im never uncomfortable.2 days ago I woke up in unimaginable pain from one of my teeth.I called everyone in my area, and even went to the hospital seeking help.I couldnt find anyone to help me.I went to smilebuilderz this morning with no appointment. After about an hour they called me back and took my tooth out within minutes.I would have needed to wait at least a week if they didnt have their urgent care office. Please, do yourself a favor and transfer to smilebuilderz!I promise you will love them.

I lost a filing and after a horrible series of visits with my previous dentist I refused to return to them so I went to Smilbuilderz out of necessity... I am so glad I did. The staff was super friendly, very professional and since I was not a patient they took the time to set me up as a patient, helping fill out the many forms and insurance paperwork then they walked me through the building introducing me to key staff members. When it was time to "sit in the chair" I was pleasantly surprised to find that the dentist chair was not your typical chair, it massaged you during the entire procedure (very relaxing). The dentist assigned to me was courteous and informed me of each and every step she was taking during the procedure, before I knew it I was all fixed up and ready to leave. I have found my dentist office!!
