The worst dentistry ever. If you have an appointment, you might as well not have one. Had an appointment for my daughter at 11 oclock I got there by 10:50 and waited nearly an hour before I was sick of it and had enough and just left. They stated they tried to call me due to a discrepancy, one of which was already discussed and resolved a week before hand in scheduling the appointment. They had literally just called two minutes before I got there to try and cancel or reschedule my appointment. Extremely unprofessional, the receptionist were just laying back in their chairs, whispering to one another, and one of the doctors was playing on his phone in the receptionist area most of the time we were waiting. I am switching dentists. Do not go here

I would not recommend this dental office. My appointment was at 10AM and I sat for an hour for them to try and charge me to fill a cavity they filled a couple months prior. I keep up with my dental work so I questioned the procedure and no one had any answers and looked very confused. I was told the Dentist would explain why I needed to get the fillings done over and the Dentist sent in her assistant instead to explain it. I was diagnosed without anything being explained to me she even changed my treatment plan without explaining. This was the most unprofessional Dentist/Doctor Ive ever encountered. I believe they are scamming people out of the insurance. BEWARE

While the staff was very nice, the dentist is rather sadistic. I had an infected molar and had to wait four (4) days to get in to get it pulled. He claimed that antibiotics and Ibuprofen (Motrin) should help the pain. It didnt. After getting the tooth pulled and him scraping around the socket to clean it he said, "Take Mortrin for the pain." What!? I asked him to PLEASE prescribe something for me because after the local anesthetic wore off I was going to be in a great deal of pain! Even just having to ask for that was ridiculous. He prescribed Tylenol 3 which when taken WITH the Motrin JUST helped. I do NOT suggest going to this business if you dont like pain.

Went to see the dentist three weeks ago.. The lady dentist was nice and told me I need a few fillings.. And needed to see a specialist about TMJ.. In pain she gave me pain meds til I could see the Dr.. Unfortunately my insurance wont cover the specialist.. So I have to wait til July when I get paid.. In pain for the last five days I call the office and asked to see if the Dr could help with pain til then.. And she is no longer working there.. The dentist I saw today had me come in.. For nothing to tell me I need to see the specialist and couldnt and wouldnt do anything for pain..

They cleaned my teeth as a walked in. No appointment was made. The next week I needed one of my wisdom tooth extracted. They did a good job. Much better then Kool Smiles when they extracted one of my wisdom tooth. The only problem I had was the medicine they prescribed to me after extraction my tooth (Family Dental). The 800mg Motrin does nothing for my pain. My previous dentist would perscribe me Hydro...something. That always did the trick. Other than that I need another wisdom tooth extracted and cavities that need to be filled. I will be going back to Family Dental for it all.

The doctor here was excellent, thats why I gave it two stars but those receptionist are terrible!! They are the reason I wil never go back. They are loud and ghetto and plus the wait time is ridiculously long. Also I have 100% full coverage on dental but the ghetto receptionist said I owe 300 dollars, so I went home and called 2 dentists that said that my procedure was fully covered by my dental insurance. They have some shady stuff going on making the patients pay extra. The dentist was so nice but I will never go back.

Unprofessional uncaring as well as questionable methods. Had a chipped tooth that started as getting crown and ended in months of pain and infection from a bridge I could have sculpted better myself.If you question anything they pretty much attack and be little you. 1yr later I am still paying doctors and dentists to figure out what they did to me.

They made for me feeling , and my tooth was broken after 7 days , but that coast 100$ after insurance , bad service, Im so mad , guys dont go there , thats sucks , they was give to me 4-5 shots of numbing shot , and that doesnt work, all assistants was so rude , they dont even know how to work with the people

Went here to get my teeth looked at and a cleaning. They looked at my teeth, told me how much it would cost and never cleaned my teeth. This happened 2 times. Dont go here.
