When youre needing to be seen and the response you get at the Urgent Care front desk is there may be a wait, let me see 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 patients, could be a while. You ask how long? Not sure, depends what they are here for. Im sorry but I dont think anyone should have to wait for that many patients. I said, I will call around, and response I get is keep in mind were open until 8pm. My question is, why would I want to come back if its 1pm in the day? I want to be seen soon, not come back later? no concern for if I seek care, just ok bye. Makes no sense at all. I will not be using Gonzabas Medical Group Urgent Care locations in the future. I will also be looking for a new PCP. Im tired of being tired when dealing this Gonzaba. Some of their staff is rude not just at this specific location but at the other locations that I have been to. I understand if this place is your only option but its not my only option. I did go to another Urgent Care named Concerta Urgent Care and they treated me quickly, and the place was clean and not over packed with patients. No patient should be made to wait as long as Gonzaba was telling me to wait. Furthermore when I spoke with Gonzaba the first person who transferred me to a nurse should have told me that they were already backed up, when I got transferred to speak to their nurse she also failed to inform me they were backed up with patients. There should be a procedure here to not be wasting peoples time to come to your facilities.
The nurses and doctors here were amazing. I went to the Urgent Care clinic at this location on Good Friday, 2015. The front-desk people could be friendlier... I was the only customer. Id understand if she was helping more than 5... but it was only me there. However, the doctor and nurse staff were great! They were friendly and genuinely cared about me and how much pain I was in. I was even offered a wheelchair if I wanted one to ease the pain. I was going to rate the place 3 or 4 stars, but I believe a business should not be rated by how one person treats you, but how your overall experience was and how the people who took care of you treat you. Data entry was not what I went there for, so I wont rate that part. Although, I agree everyone working there should reflect on the companys goals and principles.
I was referred here for just an ultrasound. I received a letter in the mail from Gonzba stating the results had been sent to my Dr. but even 5 business days letter, my Dr. still did not receive results. When I called this location back the person on the phone verified the results had NEVER been sent to begin with. Why send a letter stating the results were sent...if you really didnt send anything? Update: 10 months later, I received a phone call stating that I had been billed as private pay instead of my insurance being billed... yet they read my insurance info over the phone to me. Because of their error they said I was responsible for the remaining balance. Nope, your error.

Not a doctor issue, but apparent OVERSCHEDULING issues!!! Took nearly three months to get an appointment for my annual well-woman exam. Then waited over two hours (with no explanation) in the waiting area to be called back (only for more waiting once in the exam room). At that point, I spoke with someone & left, because they were obviously too busy for me. If you have extra time on your hands & dont mind waiting in doctors offices for long periods of time, this is your place. Not me!!!
I come here every time I feel under the weather and I never get a bad experience. I had to get my gallbladder removed one time and the doctor here was so nice and sweet she directed me to a good MRI place and surgeon and when I was done w/ my surgery She even called me to see how I was. I cant remember her name but that was really sweet of her to check up on me. Overall, I will continue to come here. They take you pretty fast. I just dont like that they take you by appointment now.
I had an appt this past weekend with PA Mireles. Although I was a complicated patient, she treated me and my medical conditions with such professionalism. Her Nurse was great as well and I was also able to get a mamogram in the clinic after seeing PA Mireles. That saved me time from having to come back. I started going to the practice in the spring with my Son, Husband and now myself and have not been disappointed thus far. Our family plans on staying here!
Could not believe this place. After waiting 6 weeks for a 10am doctors appointment Im told at 10:10am that I needed to register to be seen and insurance needs to be verified. I scheduled this appointment 6 weeks ago why was it not done prior to my visit. Regardless I told the girl to cancel it and she asked me to cancel with the registration area. Uh no. If I scheduled a 10:00 am doctor appointment I should be waiting to see the doctor at 10:00am.
wont ever go or recommend anyone to go here. First there was no one in the walk in lobby, took 45 min to be placed in exam room, they then waited hour to have doc come in and say you have the flu there nothing we can do or prescribe. then was left for hour in exam room and they actually forgot about me and closed up. We will be filing a complaint
I have gone here many times, my first time there was ok, second time as well. By the third visit I wasnt too impressed, then I went in and met with Dr. Nichols. Wow, I barely wait, I am seen he takes notes and really listens to things. I was pretty impressed with it. Every time I go I get everything dealt with quickly and precisely.
Set up appointment 2 months in advace for sons 7th grade wellness shots. Doctor didnt bother ordering one of three required shots, had to go to Walgreens and pay $135 for third shot. What is a Medical Group for if they cant provide the required immunizations for our children. Really disappointed with their service.
Dr.Nicolas is the worst doctor Ive ever come accross, Ive been waiting 2 weeks for a prescription, and have left several notes and he hasnt even read them hes very unprofessional and he shouldnt even be a dr cause he cant write certain prescriptions! And Im pissed cause I cant switch dr until next month
The worse attention I ever received, assist by Katy with super bad and nasty customer service, followed by super bad aptitude security guy Z. Bennet treating customers wrongful. A complain is created against this two individuals that should not be working with customers.

Called to schedule appointment and got there 15 minutes early. Waited almost 2 hours before seen. Doctor got a phone call during my visit and he took it. It was not an emergency, put a printer problem. Will be going else where in the future
