I dont know why I keep coming back. My WORST experience was about a year ago. I took my sick son in, and waited two and a half hours before getting back to a room. Then I was left in the room for another hour before anyone came in! I popped my head out several times to see if Id even be acknowledged, but nope! Mr. Almouie was there and told him it was unacceptable. He shifted blame, saying he was short-staffed. I decided to go back, but each visit the wait is painful! I get appointments but am never seen within an hour of my arrival. I took my sick son to their aftercare after making an appointment for him for 815PM. I walked out at 915PM. He has a better shot at getting seen in urgent care at this rate. I get fed up with them each time but keep going back. Well never again! Im looking for a new doctor immediately!

You must read this before going here!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I WILL SAY IF YOU LOVE YOUR LITTLE ONES DO NOT GO HERE. DOCTOR DIAZ DE LEON IS A WASTE OF A DOCTOR. WEDNESDAY WAS MY LAS VISIT. I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY SON IN SINCE MAY 8, 2016 DUE TO A RASH AND THE STUPID NURSE SAID IT WAS HEAT RASH. A WEEK LATER TOOK HIM AGAIN THEN HERE IT COMES THE WANT TO BE DR. DIAZ DE LEON SAYING IS HEAT RASH. TOOK HIM AGAIN A WEEK LATER AND NOW THIS WASTE OF A DOCTOR SAID THAT IS A VIRUS. YOU DUMB RETARD! IT TOOK HIM A MONTH TO SAY IT WAS NOT HEAT RASH. DECIDED TO TAKE HIM TO PEDIA PLACE AND THE DOCTOR TOLD ME IS SCARLETT FEVER! :-( SUPER UPSET WITH ALMOUI STAFF! Dr. DIAZ DE LEON YOU ARE A WASTE OF A DOCTOR! HORRRRRIIIIBBBLLLLEE !!!

WAIT TIME IS RIDICULOUS!!! APPT OR NOT! I WORK IN PAIN MANAGEMENT AND WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST! WE SEE ABOUT 70-80 PTS A DAY AND STILL GIVE THEM QUALITY CARE! FOR ME TO BRING MY SON IN AND HAVE TO WAIT THERE EVERY TIME ALMOST 2 HOURS (MIND YOU THESE LITTLE CHILDREN ARE SICK AND HAVE NO PATIENCE) IS UNEXCEPTABLE! THERE IS NO ONE IN THE WAITING ROOM AND THERE IS NO REASON TO NOT GET THESE SICK BABIES IN AND OUT SO THEY CAN GET THEIR MEDS AND BACK HOME! THIS PLACE WAS CONVENIENT AS ITS NEXT DOOR TO A GREAT PCP DR BUT DO NOT RECOMMEND! DR IS OK, NP (NIGHT TIME LADY) KNOW LESS THAN I DO. SHE IS A QUACK! LOOKING FOR A DIFFERENT DR ASAP!

Worst pediatrics ever! The nurse practitioner, which I waited over an hour to see and didnt know my child was seeing, contradicted what the other doctor in their practice, facility in corpus christi, claimed was eczema. Down talking all he claimed was going on with my 3 yrs skin. And then their billing department hasnt even finished a claim on a bill from January. They would let me see anyone til they figured out what was going on with that. So that took 40 minutes in the waiting room. I had to come out from the patienr room to ask when we would be seen, I spent over 2 hours here for nothing. Definately never returning!

BEWARE! They claim they have "in house labs" but they send then to an outside lab without my consent. They prescribe antibiotics for my daughter and they said they will call me in 2 days to see if she continue with the antibiotics or not, but THEY FORGOT! I called several times and not one could tell me what was going on. My daughter took the medication for 15 days when she did not have to!! But that is not all, the other lab is charging me a ridiculous amount. Now I have a collection bill, an over medicated daughter and 3 recording saying they will pay, but nothing has been fixed. WORST PLACE EVER!

Could not agree more with these reviews!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME we have an appointment I wait at least 1.5 hrs to be seen... WITH AN APPOINTMENT! !! Beware! If you see different people here (NP or Dr) you will get completely different information and advice!!! MY 7month old is EXTREMELY ill, and I have been taking her here for 2 weeks straight this time, no help, no labs, nothing. I am currently in the waiting room waiting ON LAST TIME to see the dr and have already been here 2 hrs, have yet to be seen, while my daughter lays in my arms with a fever!!! NEVER AGAIN! THIS IS HORRIBLE

I have been trying to schedule an appointment with this clinic to have my son treated for ADHD. EVERY SINGLE TIME I call they give me another reason why they cannot schedule my appointment. If your unhappy in your scheduling position or your tired of answering the phones please quit your job and let someone else do it for you. I can only imagine how many new patient opportunities are missed because of the girls answering the phone.

This doctor office reschedules my appointment times without my permission, once I arrive at the time they put on the appointment card they tell me "your appointment was at 8:00a.m" this has happened twice! Thats not the only thing! They never have my primary insurance information which I have given 3 times! I also have to wait a hour to see the doctor! Its ridiculous I dont recommend this Pedatric!

I gave them so many chances but Im done. 1 hour 30 minutes past appointment time and thats the wait for a lousy PA not even a real Dr! I cant see the real Dr because he doesnt even know his medications like the fact that Strattera is not a controlled substance, smh. This is worse than a walk in doc in the box clinic. Ill be looking for a new pediatrician immediately. Do NOT come here!

This place was a good pedi but since my last visit which was for a problem visit me and my child who was sick had to wait a long period of time.. Our appt was at 2:30 we scheduled prior and we currently are waiting in the room to be seen and its 3:37right now .. and still no sign we even got out of the room for a bathroom break .. ridiculous never AGAIN

Bad,bad,bad service the worst super super bad I take my baby there for a year and every appointment worst then the last one ,today I just walk out I cant take it anymore .. The girls at front are so disrespectful and rude and the ones on the back are not better The doctor its not that bad but not worth to came back my babies deserve a lot better .

Dr.diaz is amazing. After having horrible experiences with other drs with my daughters Adhd, hes a breath of fresh air. Also helps w controlling my sons asthma. He listens, caring and answers any questions I have respectfully and knowledgeable. Glad I found this clinic..definitely recommend for ADHD and asthma care.

The staff and doctors have been excellent with my daughter and have gone out of their way to accommodate her with our needs. Cant say enough about them. For the most part the staff in the front have worked with us in scheduling my daughters appts on their light days and that eliminates the waiting part. Thank you.

This review is for the new clinic near Mcreless mall: we werent seen by the provider until over 1 hour after our appointment. Just because you pull us into the exam room doesnt mean were being seen. Waiting is waiting no matter what room you do it in...I will never come back again!
