The lady who answers the phone is very rude I called on 1-27-17 @ 4:40 p.m to make an appointment and she was very rude with a poor attitude wouldnt answer my questions and when I asked for her name she hanged up the phone... (If I had her name I would have put it on this review but I dont thats why I put the date and time so the eye doctors who run this place can go back and see who it was) so just for that lady Im no longer going to give my business to this location.... Thank you

The doctor is very good but the staff who handle the billing need to be more careful about what they are charging. They caused us a big hassle by trying to charge our insurance with something we knew they wouldnt cover and were going to pay out of pocket, then the staff in the billing dept told us it was for something different, one big headache!

The girls in the front were very nice. The female Dr. wasnt the nicest, she raised her voice at my 6 year old daughter who was there for her first eye exam. She had a lot of attitude and wasnt very patient with her. I think shes better for those over age 13..

Had been going here for a while. But now the Dr is very rude to children. If she cant tolerlate children them maybe she just just see adults, besides that they messed up on my daughters glasses twice and claim its not there fault.

Had a great experience today with my exam and purchase on my glasses. All staff was nice and courteous along with being very helpful with choosing my frames and plans for me.
