Not happy with service... -⭐..... I took my son with an ear pain the Dr. Told us they neendeed to irrigate the ear which created more ear pain he was prescribed ear drops but the pain went awaya little but his ear still clogged like before we took him. We waited a week give Dr. Office a call and got a call back from the assistant the next day saying I had to pay again if I wanted to take him back because her words were" he is feeling a little better" I dont think we need to pay since the medicine didnt fully helped him. Same problem... Please be careful going there sometimes its more expensive because they dont care about the patient just the money...

Although I did visit on a day where there was no one ahead of me, the service i received was great. I was greeted when i walked in and the front desk lady was very nice and personable. She even had me sit down, foot injury, while she finished my check in and then walked my verification documents out to me so I wouldnt have to move around too much. The back staff Oscar and Pariyanka were great. Very personable and gentle with care. Dr. Gutierrez was thorough and made sure I was satisfied with my diagnosis and treatment and that i was comfortable. The office is very clean and the location is great. I would definitely recommend this care clinic.

Everything went fine on my visit for stomach issues, but I was told they called in my prescriptions. On the way home, I went to pick them up, and HEB never got a call or a fax. When I called the clinic back, they couldnt help because the Doctor already left and the helpers were no help. So, I could have not wasted my money on them and went straight to an emergency room. Edited: I did get a call back, they finally admitted to their mistake. It was a hassle, but I did get my meds.

Weve taken our children there several times when we cant get into our pediatrician. The online check-in service is great and helps avoid wait times. The doctors and office staff are very friendly. Our visits are quick and efficient! So happy this clinic opened near our house. We will continue to visit when needed. Thanks for everything!

Went in for a very bad sore throat. Called and checked in. Got there and I was seen by a doctor within 20 minutes. They called in my prescription right away and by the time I got to the pharmacy 20 minutes later it was ready! Total time in urgent care and pharmacy 1 hour! Thats a record! Very pleased with the service.

We had a very good experience. The staff was very courteous, and knowledgeable. Michael made my daughter feel at ease when she had to have her blood drawn. PA Dinges was very informative, and made sure all the right tests were given to my daughter to make sure she was fine. Overall great experience.
