Well... I have given this doctor a few times to impress me, but every time I am let down. The first time she diagnosed my son with the flu before tests even came back positive and told me to give him his antibiotics just in case.. then the tests came back negative a day later.. turns out he was have asthma problems. And today, she said that he had strep without even testing it at all, and prescribed an antibiotic because other people have had it today was what she said. All she did was took 2 seconds and looked at his throat. Didnt ask or talk to me about the symptoms that he was having, the nurse just asked my son if his throat hurt (he is 4) and he said yes. and he had a fever. I just dont feel that she is very thorough, and is very quick to diagnose. She is very friendly and nice.. but that to me is not worth it. I will be finding a new doctor very soon. I even tried telling her that he had a cough (which strep is no cough) and that he has no other symptoms.. and she just kind of brushed me aside and said, nope, Im pretty certain that is what it is.

Strange to read a review saying Dr. Nguyen is very nice and friendly, but not very thorough because I have had the opposite experience. I found Dr. Nguyen to be extremely thorough and she doesnt hold back when giving the facts, whether they are hard to accept or not. I like that. I dont want a doctor to be gentle and kind, I want to know what I need to do to be healthy.

Dr. Nyugen is awesome however whoever answers calls is EXTREMELY RUDE. They cut you off in the middle of talking or if youre trying to explain what you need the appointment for. Like an uncaring robot. RUDE. I dont want to have my family going to an office like that.
