Made an apt after experiencing pain in my right hand – Carpal Tunnel type symptoms. Saw Michael Eaton on 2/10 – apt was quick and not very thorough. Michael did not “examine” my hand, just listened to my complaint and advised that I buy a mouse/keyboard pad. Michael seemed very disinterested and the advice he gave me was no different than I could have received from the Pharmacists at Walgreens. The bill was higher than a typical office visit because I was a “1st time patient”, I would assume that the increase in the bill would be because 1st time visit would be more comprehensive, not the case. Your practice has a wonderful reputation, it is a shame I did not experience the level of care that reputation would suggest

I have been meaning to write a review for ages and I finally found some time to sit and do it. I am a patient and will continue to be a patient (along with my family) of Boerne Family Medicine. Over the past three years I have had several serious issues that Dr. Stahl and Dr. Eaton and all their nurses have assessed me for and they have gone above and beyond to help me. Their bedside manner, concern and even when I have gone home and they have checked up on me is something you rarely see nowadays. Im so grateful to have them as my health care practitioner that it will be hard to find some one as attentive as this group if my insurance ever changed. Keep up the great work!!!

Boerne Family Medicine has been fantastic for my family. The care we receive there is the best I have experienced at any medical outfit. The Doctors and P.A.s (Dr. Ben is awesome but they are all fantastic) listen and have always been so helpful. Kyra is amazing and caring and what a refreshing change from other offices and their "gate-keeper mentality"! Kyra helped us with college shots and went above and beyond to help us with what was required and to get us in during this hectic post graduation/pre college time. Had this appointment scheduled for over a month now. Missed work for it. Drive 30 mins for them just to tell me they dont take my insurance. As if I did not tell them the info over the phone before. And whoever was working the front desk acted as if she had better things to do. And as if I was not worth her time. Just consistent with nos and negativity. Thank you so much for wasting my time.

Dr. Livingston and all the caring, knowledgeable staff at this office are simply amazing. Every interaction Ive had has been positive, and the NP and other providers are wonderful as well. My only complaint would be the long wait times, but they certainly over compensate with their patient care and service. Some staff have gone above and beyond their duty.
