Okay, I do not rate things often, but I have to say something about this place. There is no way the 11 reviews are truly 5 stars. I couldnt even get an appointment scheduled, because of the girls answering the phones. Ive called a few times this month Jan. 2017 and the majority of my calls gone unanswered. When they did answer the girls didnt say their names or anything, but put me on hold immediately. The phone call ended after 4 minutes of waiting so I immediately called back and the phone was answered and hung up. I decided to call again and a woman answered and when I said I was hung up on she gave me an excuse that we must have been disconnected. I decided to still try and set up an appointment with the woman, whos name was never told, but she couldnt even enter my information correctly in her computer. I did call 30 minutes from closing so maybe they were rushing to leave, but customer service is important. You wanna trust the office you put your Healthcare with and I cannot say this one would be trustworthy. I only hope their physicians are better than their answering staff...

I chose this doctor by location but I promise myself after my consultation that I would never want to see another doctor by choice. They were able to squeeze me in last minute considering I call that morning. The gentlemen at the front desk was sweet, honest about pricing, and genuinely cared about the first impression, which by the way he kept me updated on the wait time. Went as far as offering water during our wait. The next gentleman that did vitals was funny and kept the mood warm and welcoming. Now Dr. Sanchez is one of a kind type of Doctor, with extensive experience and impressive background in the medical field leaves you without a doubt that you are in the best hands. My family is going to be switching because of the level of trust I have in this doctor, he seems to truly care about his patients and is not quick to prescribe a thousand pills. Since I did not have insurance his staff did everything they could to make sure I did not overpay for labs and I could not be anymore grateful to them. By the way most of them speak Spanish.

I do not hesitate to send my patients or friends to Dr. Sanchez. He is an expert in functional medicine and his knowledge of the human frame, diet, and allopathic medicine are second to none. As a Chiropractor Im very selective with whom I send my patients for medical care and across the board Dr. Sanchez has delivered over the past 6 years. If you want someone to spend 1 minute with you, not touch you, and long wait times, do not go here! If you want compassionate care in a healing atmosphere call Dr. Sanchez!

Dr. Sanchez is amazing! He saved me thousands of dollars by performing a small procedure in his clinic. Others wanted to admit me into a hospital and have me put under. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, true professionals. Clinic is very clean and easy to locate. Highly recommend!
