I cant really rate the doctor (Regina Lee), as Ive never met her. Ive been to this office about 4 or 5 times. Each time Im seen by the PA (no offense to Laura Sinclair, she was great!). However, I really think EVERY new patient should get to meet with the doctor at least on their initial visit to the office. Ive never had a problem with the nursing staff or the reception staff. Theyve been very polite. Im not sure what the problem is, but this Summer I came in for a physical/blood work. It took 6 weeks to call me back with the results. They asked me to come back for some follow up blood work. When I came in I waited about 40 minutes (always a long wait here) because they couldnt find my lab results and didnt know why I was there. Finally got my blood drawn again. It has now been a month since I went back and no one has called with the results. I called just now and was told the doctor just needed to review the results. I asked "how much longer will that be" because its already been a month. I was placed on hold and someone else came on the line (very nice woman trying to be helpful), she looked at the results and said they appear to be normal, but would confer with the doctor to be sure. I just dont understand why it takes soooo long to get blood work results. They have a patient portal where you should be able to view these results, but even the first round of labs are not posted on there. Again, Im really not sure what the problem is but I couldnt in good conscience recommend this office to new patients.

Save yourself time. I was not able to see the doctor, but instead saw her PA. I mentioned in passing that a pevious doctor had a less than good staff. The PA proceeded to tell me not to expect short waits; expect at least a 2 hour wait for any appointment. She basically went on an anti-Obamacare tirade saying how rough they had it since they now had to accept all new patients from Healthcare.gov. When I told her that I thought her approach (the fact that she talked for about 5 minutes about her problems with Obamacare) was very uncaring and that I needed a caring doctor to get to know me. She was totally put off and said she was only trying to give me good information. She thought I would just air my complaints and then proceed with my visit and I told her there was no need to continue. Only then did she realize how offensive she was. I sent a message to their patient portal but never got a reply. I believe there are still caring practices out there; this was not one of them.

She definitely takes the time to go over your health issues and find solutions. Hard to find physicians these days who will do so. We love her.
