I suffer from thinning hair on the very top of my head (male pattern baldness). I have tried many things from Keratin shampoo and conditioner to Rogaine with no success and my hair is getting thinner the older I get. I was desperate to reverse my hair thinning so I turned to Dr. Mahmoud Khattab at Elk Grove Medical Spa. I made an appointment for a consultation and Dr. Kahattab assistant conducted a quick examination and recommended the PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and a Capillus Mobile Laser Cap to promote hair re-growth. I was told they have a very high success rate (80-90%) using this procedure. Dr. Kahattab assistant was assertive and recommended I start the treatment immediately that day. Because I am a female and our Hair and looks are a large part of who we are, I was excited by the prospect of re-growing my hair and I agreed to start the procedure that same day. After all was said and done, I shelled out $11,000.00 (smh) for a procedure that was painful and did not work at all! Elk Grove Medical Spa charge $8,000 for 3 treatments and the laser cap was $3,000 which I found the same cap online at Amazon for $700. I got ripped off! I am writing this review to inform women with Male Pattern Baldness, to seek advice from their medical doctor who will inform you there is no treatment available to re-grow hair, except for hair transplants. This is so unfair that I am still paying a bill that reaped no benefit! Dr. Kahattab - I was told by your assistant the success rate is 80-90%, and I was told by you that the success rate was very HIGH! For $8000 you should not make those types of promises especially when you know there is no real treatment for Male Pattern Baldness except for hair transplant. You can also find he cap on Amazon for $700. Please dont be offended by criticism and do the right thing and stop taking advantage of people who are vulnerable.

Luh Luuhh LOOVEEE Dr. Khattab, he is so talented and has truly found a calling in cosmetics. I started with Dysport/Botox, after receiving tons of compliments on my skin, I decided to go back for CoolSculpting. You guys, I swear... I had the most stubborn love handles, I had given up hope.. but after Coolsculpting they are now G-O-N-E! My most recent procedure was the PDO thread and butt lift. My butt used to be flat, no matter how many squats I did. Now, I fill out my pants, and actually have some shape down there which feels amazing! I am sooo excited to try Cellfina next, a one-time cellulite removal treatment?! count me in! All procedures were quick, pain-free and the results were fast. Best of all, everything looks so natural. I wouldnt trust my cosmetic needs with anyone but Dr. Khattab and his staff. If you truly want to be left in good hands, you must come here, no question about it.

Had a wonderful experience at the Elk Grove Medical Spa. From the minute I called to ask questions and then book a consultation I was so pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. I had the Halo treatment and I am so pleased with the results! Dr Khattab is a true professional and his own personal concern and kindness is shown by the way his staff treats the patients. A friendly, pleasant atmosphere for sure. I would recommend Dr Khattab to anyone looking to improve their appearance. He went over everything with me beforehand and the follow up visits were very informative. I saw the before and after pictures and I was amazed. Wonderful, friendly, attentive, reasonably priced, I feel very fortunate to have chosen Dr. Khattab for my procedure.

Dr. Khattab is a kind and gentle doctor with a very calming demeanor. I dont know how he stays so calm considering the amount of people he sees each day. His waiting area is always packed but my personal wait time is never impacted by this, and my botox and fillers are always on point! They also told me the office is expanding and they will be moving into a huge luxury building in the same parking lot within the next few months!! How cool, right!? Anyway, all of that aside, I really wouldnt come here if I wasnt happy with my results... but Dr. Khattab is quite a talented injector. I dont know what I would do without Precision M.D. and I will not be going anywhere else for my fillers anytime soon.

Spent $4000 for the cool sculpting. I saw no results, in fact I gained weight, even though I continued to eat healthy and exercise. I had bruising and excruciating nerve pain for at least a month. I brought my concerns to Dr.Khattab,and he responded by laughing at me and asking me if I meant to blame him because I was fat. I felt humiliated and surprised that was his response. I explained my experience and let him know I would never recommend this procedure due to pain and lack of any results he continued to laugh and said "then dont I have my schedule booked out 4 weeks". I left crying feeling humiliated.

Dr. Khattab is a great physician. Signed up for his coolsculpting, pigment and brown spot reduction, and acne treatment. Staff is very friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. As an internal medicine physician hes very knowledgeable about his field and line of work, wait time for appointments is less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Khattab, found out about his cosmetic treatments after watching the Good Day News interview and live demonstration they were showing at his clinic. Very satisfied with the result of my treatments.

I loved this place. The actual wait time was more than I like but I came to see that it was worth the wait. This Doctor is an artist! He is very, very skilled and has a distinguished eye for beauty and what & where to administer injections. This doctor is vastly knowledgable in the injection- filler department. The services at Elk Grove Med Spa are amazing, in many cases the best in the industry. Dr. K is very kind and offers clear and concise information and options. I was extremely impressed with my Velashape service. I got Velashape on my abdomen and after 2 treatments began to see a significant difference. This is a great procedure for anyone who exercises and eats healthy but is looking for a boost to kick start and optimize results.
