Waiting at Walmart the day before Christmas was faster! This place was horrible, I could not imagine that being a new patient would have to wait 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment to be seen. Got there early to fill out paper work which I had already did and sent in the mail 3 weeks before this appointment but due to their change it got misplace. That was understandable. But what was not understandable was 15 to 20 minutes after your appointment passes by and your still Sitting in the waiting room to be called back while listening and watching the staff laugh, and talk about their weekend and the front person not even having the common courtesy to let you know that they were running very behind was completely rude! Dont have a patient sit, wonder why its taking so long, and look at them crazy when we get up asking how long its going to be ( like that was a huge inconvenience) and then wonder why we are upset! What makes patients upset is WASTING OUR TIME, we are important because without us being patients their would be no office. I am so disgusted with this place and staff I highly recommend no one to come to this place.

I went here once for a foot wound. The wait room was packed and I waited 45 minutes to be seen. I spent an all of five minutes with the doctor to which they said come back a week later. I was prescribed an antibiotic that I cant find at any pharmacy within 20 minutes of my home. When I left I wasnt given any proper bandages or ointment to cover my foot properly. The woman checking me out / discharging me was on the phone the entire time. Over all, a very uncomfortable and dismissive experience that made urgent care look top notch. I wont be returning.
