I recently took my child to Dr Sharpe, who examined and diagnosed him within seconds, or should I say MISdiagnosed. The prescription was then filled out WRONG, therefore the treatment did NOT work. When I realized the script was written wrong, I called the Drs office 5x and STILL got no return call. So I decided to take him in. I was told it would be $145 to have the Dr do a follow up visit, even though she prescribed him a steroid. After pitching a fit, she examined him at no charge. Of course she and the entire staff determined it was not THEIR responsibility to follow up with a patient even after several phone calls, apparently the health of the patients is not important. So on the follow up visit, the Dr, after again being in the room for less than 10 seconds, determined that even though the spots looked EXACTLY the same as before, that this was something entirely different. I refused to acknowledge this because she informed me that poison ivy (which is what he was diagnosed with to begin with was NOT contagious) I myself am HIGHLY allergic to Poison Ivy and have contracted it many a time from other people. So I had her re-write the Rx that she wrote wrong the first time, and she insisted he have his blood drawn because she was convinced he had contracted an allergy to grass, yes grass. I agreed, having no idea she ordered $2000 worth of tests, and no have been told thats my problem. And btw, he had poison oak, no allergies. When I took him back for a checkup after using the proper amount of steroid, they again wanted $145 to see the Dr. This Dr needs to be stripped of her license, she cares nothing about anything but money and talks people into doing treatments she learned how to do by reading a brochure. I am filing a complaint with the medical board, and will not stop until justice is served. Im fed up with these Drs taking advantage of people so they can drive mercedes and live in the country club. They should remember the OATH they took to treat patients, instead of only worrying about their pocket.

I went to a dermatologist because I have very bad eczema, especially when the seasons change. I normally go to my PCP but whatever they give me, normally isnt strong enough to knock out the eczema. So I made an appointment , ignoring the bad reviews. I also wanted to get a pimple checked out on my face that kept popping up every month. I was seen and told the nurse everything I stated above. The doctor comes in, doesnt go over any past skin conditions, doesnt acknowledge anything I was concerned over. She does a "full body screen" where she very fastly looks over my skin, then proceeds to tell me I have acne issues on my back and face. Doesnt acknowledge eczema until I bring it, she then tells me "I see no signs of it, you just have genetically dry skin", but I guess the doctors who have annually diagnosed me with eczema dont know what theyre talking about. I then proceed to ask about the pimple that keeps popping up every so often in the same place and she says "its nothing to worry about." Wont explain why it happens, how I can get rid of it. So basically I leave with prescriptions for acne topical solutions for my back and lotion for dry skin for my "genetically dry skin," Which neither was what I was there for. I called in and insisted they give me medication for eczema and even then, it was a very weak lotion that didnt help.

Do NOT come here! I specifically asked over the phone could my fiancé be seen for a certain issue and was told yes, they told the would send me an email to enter patient information and never did I had to call back twice for the email. My fiancé waited over 30min just for a medical assistant ( not doctor) to tell him they dont treat foot fungus issues. I called to ask why was I told he could be seen and was rudely over talked and hung up on twice! Ask to speak to the supervisor and she was worse , asked me what did I want her to do about it and hung up on me as well! I would never go to this place or recommend anyone to come here! her name was Latisha! Ive worked in health care for over 5 years and she told multiple lies on what you can and cant do in healthcare just to get me off the phone. Just a office full of mad ass, underpaid, women with attitude problems!

Unprofessional rude staff. The staff complained at front desk for more than 30 minutes telling each other how busy they were and complains of doing the co-workers job on top of theirs . ( before they checked me in) The doctor was in and out of my exam room in under 5 mins. Didnt give me a chance to ask any questions and told me I needed a second visit and out the door she went. One of the most unprofessional physicians office Ive ever been to. At check out 3 women stood there For 8 mins and did not acknowledge me as they continued to complain about their jobs. I laid the clip board down and walked out. Oh you should also know if you need to reschedule your appointment they charge you $145.00 Dont waste your time or money, this doctor is only there to collect money! STAY AWAY from this office.

I was so impressed by my experience @Bella Dermatology! First impressions are everything, from my initial call to schedule the appointment! The staff member that I made my appointment with answered all the questions I had from insurance and cost as well as able to get into the office quickly! Upon arrival I was greeted with smiles and the staff was warm and friendly! After my short wait in the lobby the medical team was AMAZING! Dr. Sharpe thoroughly help me to understand my condition and made me feel like things were going to get better and fast!! After taking my Prescriptions as required I was better in no time after suffering for almost 3 years. I want thank the staff and ESPECIALLY Dr. Sharpe and see ya for the follow up! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Terry Sharpe to my friends. My family, they already know about her. Dr. Sharpe first treated me (mole removed) at Emory University while completing her Dermatology residency and she has remained my doctor every since then (except for her brief work in LA). It is a rare occasion to find a doctor as knowledgeable, professional and caring as Dr. Sharpe. She has taken care on my childrens acne and I have brought my mother from SC to be seen for her mole. She cares as much as I should (and do) care about my own health. I have a dermatologist who is passionate about what she does! Its not only her profession but her gift. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sharpe. My experiences with Dr. Sharpe and her staff have always been top-notch!

Dr. Sharpe is a greedy money-grabber. She spent a total of less than 2 minutes in the room with me, just to tell me that the severe skin issue on my hand is a simple case of dermatitis and that the mole on my abdomen is nothing to be concerned about. Needless to say, with eczema and skin cancer in my family, I will be getting a second opinion on both things. This woman should not be practicing. Its obvious she cares nothing about her patients, and is not concerned with really addressing their issues. $182 for a 2 minute visit. No thanks. Would NEVER recommend visiting this woman. If I could give her zero stars, I would in a heartbeat.
